Testing
I received my machine Wed. I set up the machine as directed on Saturday. The very first print and every print after has smeared. I have followed the instructional videos customer service provided without success. I have checked that the machine is level, the output tray is level and the film is fed in properly. My problem has been for added to DTF Station but I have not yet received a response.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The item was folded so there was a crease that could not be undone. I could not use the mat at all and sent it back.

Haven’t received the cartridge yet and I ordered it on the 28 of August so how can I leave a product review this will be the last time I’m ordering from here. And the bad part is I love to buy my Roland printer stuff from here.

Hi Megan, so sorry. I just tracked your order and for some reason the carrier made some sort of transit mistake. We shipped it from Kentucky and should have only taken a day. Let me know what I can do to help in any way. For the next order we can do free 2nd day shipping to ensure the carrier does not have that delay. Best, Will - owner
