I bought the heat press during the preorder. There was delays due to Covid but they sent updates and made it right at the end once shipped with a gift. I cant wait to use it!

Seems good so far. I had a question and received a reply in a timely manner. I have not received my product yet, but that is understandable, as it was on back order when I ordered it.

The machine is almost perfect.
Pros: Easy to use, compact, and the price is reasonable.
Cons: Cannot use with a memory card. It means you have to let the computer runs while it's printing. The bigger object you want to print, the longer time to get done. I use iMac so it doesn't bother me; I wish the disc/plate is made of glass, not acrylic. I had hard time to remove the object from the plate. I used glue stick and/or hair spray but they didn't help. I purchased a set of magnetic bed for 3D printer. I cut them so they fit on top of the disc and re-calibrated it. They work great. No more pulling muscles to remove the object.
Overall, I'm happy I purchased the machine. I've been playing around with it. I have plenty craft ideas using this machine!
