The blade is not cutting and we are having a difficult time trying to understand the procedures for returning it for replacement. Walmart will not take it.

Little slow on delivery's and the communication about delays without asking first is not great. The 1900 package I bought you would think would come with a full tank of colors for the printer and I was only able to make masks before running out ink, now 2 wks waiting on new ink because on back order to come in and orders I had for products I cannot fill and now I hope when I get the expensive ink in that I can get those orders back,

Great. I only ordered an upgrade to business edition for my silhouette.
This always makes me nervous. But everything went okay. I received a free gift to download svgs and fonts. This was a nice surprise.
