I normally do not write bad things. When you spend a lot of money you are hoping to get what you paid for. So far 2 of the 3 machines I bought are fine, waiting on 3rd to arrive . My complain is that the bundle you get. The things that come with it. The so fontsy gift cards. I had a hard time getting on the site to see what files I would like. Once I did I was really dispointed what was available to spend the $100 cards I got. I have 5 of them. I had a hard time spending $60.00. The secletion is very limited. It would be nice if it just worked on the items. The bundle make you think you are getting all this great stuff but, not really. Very dispointed customer. I have used YOU Tube more for leaning things than the cards given. The bit.ly website doesnt work on my end. Tried several times.
