I signed up to get an email notification when an out of stock item was available. This was so convenient, as the sewing machine I wanted was sold out everywhere. It took a few weeks to get it in stock, but Swing Design shipped it, for free, the day after I ordered it. Great customer service!

I ordered this for my wife for her birthday. After she installed the program and went to do the starter practice, the power light stayed red. She spoke with a Cricut representative who did some troubleshooting and she said that the machine isn't detecting the blade. I would like someone to contact me to get this taken care of.
