I appreciated your company keeping me up to date when my order was delayed. The gift card to SoFontsy was very welcome compensation for the delay. I’ve already recommended your company to other paper crafters. Will buy from you again!

I had no problems with my order. The silhouette cameo 3 machine arrived in perfect condition and a few days of purchasing. I have had no trouble setting it up thus far. Slowing getting acquainted with the software but have not done my first cut yet. I went with Swing Design to purchase my fist silhouette because a friend recommended them to me; as I am recommending it to anyone hesitating to make their first purchase with Swing Design.

Shopping was easy online, great deals and prices but the shipping was waaaay too long. My shipment didn’t ship until 3-4 days after ordering and it came later than expected. I had to wait around 3 weeks, and when opening my box I had a piece of vinyl stuffed on the side. I believe they forgot that piece and stuffed it in my box before shipping. It is so wrinkled with many dents and I don’t think I can use it.

I purchased oracal 651 in 12” x10’ , and a ratchet blade for my cameo 3, I love the ratchet blade , much better than auto blade , no more hard to weed messes, lol the only problem is the width isn’t quite right it barely catches my rollers even after bringing it in one groove , it kept messing up and going sideways, I didn’t want to use the mat but ending up holding it in place the whole time, I wish it came in widths of 12&1/4 to work on cameo 3 machines without a Matt. Loved the products and paid extra for fast shipping but still came by us mail, lol, all in all would definitely order again and very happy with my choice of company in Swing😊
