I love this store. I have purchased alot of different types of vinyl from here for the most part I have loved them. But this last time I ordered the Oracal Black 12x20ft. two rolls. And both rolls the backing would Not come off. Took a lot of time getting it off. I have never had this happen before. I'm very unhappy about it!

I ordered the Cricut Explore Air 2 Bundle Pack & it's Amazing! The bundle included everything a person would need to start off with plus many, many more. I would highly recommend Swing Design to all my family & friends. Fast delivery as well. I had one issue & that was I thought they forgot a few of my itms, but after speaking with a representative & going through the box & underneath everything, there it all was. The rep was extremely helpful & very pleasant to talk with. I most definitely will be ordering from them again very soon! ;-)

Choosing colors was a bit confusing. Then the shipping took quite a while. When I finally got the vinyl it seemed pretty low quality. It came off the backing a bit to easy made weeding small bits very difficult. While the price was very good not sure if the savings made up for issues.

Loved my vinyls. Love your prices! Loved that the vinyls were shipped in a box and not a soft pack. They arrived in perfect shape. I will be ordering more!

Product is good and customer service is great! I wish orders were processed right away. I am used to seeing my orders shipped same day or next day after ordering and that isn't the case here. Overall, satisfied.
