Not impressed at all with their service!!! I ordered shoes on a pre order and was given a delivery date of around 4 weeks. I chased this closer to the time and was told they were being dispatched. After another week I chased again and was told they were again being sent. Another email few days later and told they were now out of stock. I asked for a refund and an explanation which led to about another 2 weeks chasing before I actually got my got the money back. The explanation to what went wrong was poor!!!
I was looking forward to getting the shoes but after month of hassle it didn’t end well. Would take something very special for me to buy form these again!!!!!

Great overall shoes however the internal sock around the heel creased and blistered both ankles. Your service when I ordered the wrong size to the return, credit and replacement has been superb. I will definitely be buying a second pair!! Thank you.

it was a nice sneaker at first, but I expected it to be a little bit more comfortable. The elastic part at the back creates friction and discomfort. The sole are too flat, which fail to distribute pressure evenly.

No complaints on the product, seems quite well manufactured and nice materials, but I couldn't tell you with certainty because I'm still waiting for my exchange package to arrive... A lot to say about the customer service though: took me 3 attempts (and 5 days) to get a response regarding my exchange request and once I did get it I was still told that exchanges would only be accepted within 15 days of delivery date. Even after this delay, I was still able to send the package out to the warehouse within those 15 days, on January 6, but I continue, to this day, waiting for feedback or a new package with the right size sneakers... Hopefully they will arrive soon so I can change this review to a happier tone in the near future.
