took for ever to ship and got the info about it quite late. When you plan special offers for day's like black friday expect to get a lot of orders and plan in advanced accordingly so you can handle the many orders! Other than that super happy with the shoes, really really comfortable! can't wait for my first trip to see if they are still as comfortable after walking or hiking for a whole day! :D

Literally the one-stop trainer for all occasions. If i had to take one item on holiday (besides other clothes) this would be it

Ordered these shoes for a trip and they arrived 3-4 months after the proposed shipping date. I had to buy another pair of shoes.

The order and delivery went good although I would have appreciate to know in advance that I have to pay some taxes in order to receive the shoes as I live in Switzerland

Great product. Looked pretty much exactly how I expected from the pictures. Accidentally ordered the wrong size but customer services helped me change pretty quickly.

I've submitted for an exchange and haven't heard anything back. I know my return package has been received because I followed the tracking number. Could someone please reach back out to me, I'm getting concerned I've been lost in the system.

I supported tropic feel on 2 kick starters. Honestly, I really loved the idea of the all in 1 eco trainer but in my experience of their execution and delivery of the product wasnt very good. They are over priced for the concept they are.
First pair the toe bit part fell apart quickly and I had a hole in the shoe (1st design so I thought I'll give the 2nd a good shot).
Second pair the sizing wasnt correct and they took forever to even respond with a form to send for a better size. There customer service was rude to me at times. There contact email service is almost no existant. They have a facebook page that disables automatic posts so all of my messages couldnt be read by others to get help. I wont be buying from them again
