Worst Kickstarter ever. You totally failed in communication. In addition to that your sizing guide was completly wrong. I bought the wrong size due to you sizing guide and you decline a refund for the exchange shipping cost. Furthermore the quality of the shoes are not that great as expected.

The delivery took a bit more than I expected (I was warned after the purchase). The shoes (Peak.0W) are comfortable and light as expected and they look as advertised. The toe cap seems a bit fragile, as if it was going to detach, and the tongue tends to curl while putting on. Toe cap is resisting, but the shoe has hardly been worn in demanding conditions.

5 months to be delivered. Then the shoe is completely oversized. Won't let me return as it was "seed money rather than a purchase" and zero customer service to speak of. Abysmal experience from start to finish.

The delivery of the shoes was fairly quick to the UK which meant I was able to take the shoes on holiday with me. They were light and I liked the colour. The shoelaces are tight, but the elastic does stretch a bit so I was able to make them comfortable. On my first day of wearing them, the elastic at the heel broke my skin which was incredibly painful. Luckily I was able to wear them with socks and plasters. However I have not been able to wear them without socks which meant I couldn’t wear them in the water. Another downside was how thin the shoes are on top. I’m aware that is so that it dries quickly, however it means that if you wear them out hiking and you hit your toe, it’s like hitting your toe in bare feet. Overall I think the shoe is a good addition to a travel outfit, but I would not wear them hiking or swimming and I don’t think they are all rounders.

I am disappointed by the Trocfeel received for 3 reasons:
1 - The look & feel is way better on the pictures (Instagram, your website) versus the "real" product received
2 - The quality is quite "cheap" honestly: the fabric used on top is just "regular", I was expecting way better than this material.
3 - The delivery delay was enormous: I received my tropicfeel with 3 weeks of delay versus the expected and announced delivery time.
In a nutshell: Bad customer experience (delay) and poor product, I am disappointed and I don't think I would recommend your brand... Sorry. Still a lot to do to improve folks!

I was expecting better quality shoes. These don't feel very durable and they were also quite big despite me measuring using the tips they provided. I should’ve just chosen my usual EU size. They look pretty but I would not have paid the amount I did for these shoes.

The delivery took FOREVER. And I got such a run around when ever I asked for an update that it REALLY soured the whole experience. As for the actual shoes, they are nice enough. Incredibly light and pretty comfortable. My grip is that their is a lot of room in the toes, It's the same size as all my other shoes but it fits like I am wearing a size too big. The only reason I am keeping it is because I don't run out of them because it is firm around the ankles ( which is a plus), That and I am afraid if I send it back I will not get a new pair in a year. I am worried about wearing it without socks though because it fits loose and I don't want a fabric burn. which pretty much defeats the purpose of the waterproof if my socks are not water proof.
