Received the sneaker and the quality was good. I had to insert an orthotic under the removable foot bed, but found I had to add another layer urethane insert to provide more cushioning. Fortunately there is plenty of give/stretch in the construction. Bottom line, these shose are good for short walks, beach walking, wearing in a boat etc. I wouldn’t take a long walk however. Liked the little bonus pack tropic feel beach/boat bag.

Hi! I'm super happy to have gotten my shoes they look amazing. One downside is that on my right foot the "sock " really hurts my tendon and now my skin is a bit open. I'm wearing them all the time anyways and I hope that they'll be formed to my foot in time for my next trip :)

El servicio de atencion al cliente es muy bueno. Aunque creo que la politica de devolucion falla. En mi caso, yo pedi el numero correcto pero venian pequeños y he tenido que pagar 18 euros de gastos de envio para devolverlos. Aun asi, me han dado un bono descuento por las molestias, cosa que he agradecido.
Estoy contenta con el servicio ofrecido y espero estarlo con el nuevo producto que he comprado.
The customer service is very good. Although I believe that the return policy fails. In my case, I asked for the correct number but they came small and I had to pay 18 euros of shipping costs to return them. Even so, they have given me a bonus discount for the inconvenience, which I have thanked.
I am happy with the service offered and I hope to be with the new product that I have bought.

The cruiser backpack's strap's plastic part failed the first time I tried it (bought 3l of drinks and other groceries). Was taking it off and it failed after taking one shoulder off.

Ich habe bisher zwei mal den Schuh CANYON gekauft gehabt, weil ich mit ihm sehr zufrieden war. Nun wollte ich mal was neues ausprobieren mit dem PEAK.0W, auch da ich die Idee mit dem Recycling sehr gut fand, allerdings ist der Schuh für mich ein Reinfall. Der Schnitt ist für mich sehr ungünstig vorallem die Konstruktion/Lasche an der Ferse passt nicht, ist unangenehm und klappt die ganze Zeit um. Die Lasche vorne ist, da nicht verklebt oder angenäht, vorallem beim anziehen immer 3 mal in die Richtige Position zu verrücken.
