My only gripes are that since my feet are narrow, I tighten the laces quite a bit and so there's a lot of excess whipping around, also the tongues do fold and slide down slightly, but otherwise they're great

What is definetly not great is the shipping partners, I spent 65€ for the shoes + 7€ of shipping, on top of that the shipping partner billed me 20€ to manage the France-Switzerland import. Makes no sense.
I won't be buying another product until I will be able to know in advance the exact cost of shipping.
For reference I have been buying sport equipment from Germany for several years and I know I can expect to pay 10% of the value VAT included.

Terrible customer service and delayed. Communication is very poor and I had to chase many times. I also have an outstanding exchange that has been outstanding for months now. I was so looking forward to receiving these trainers but all round they are terrible, sizing is poor and quality is just about ok, will not be recommending.

Arrived far later than promised- don’t even bother with customer service! Shoes look nice but very cheap feeling and not comfortable to wear. Shame as really liked what they are trying to do- although not sure how environmentally friendly they really are when the shoes are actually imported from Asia ...would not recommend

I have to wait more than one month after original dates to use it(because in Christmas I can´t pick up the order) and can´t be used for the original plan that I was thinking.
