Happy with the product but they don’t carry my size. According to the size chart I should go to the half size down rather than up & they’re definitely too tight on my toes for any long term wear.

nice shoes, nice packing, amazing color, not comfortable without socks, wrinkles on the top, not too bad to return but may i would not bought them in a shop

I love my Tropicfeel Canyon! So comfy even when soaking wet and convenient too with no shoelaces. I've tested them hiking, climbing, camping and paddling and I am really impressed with how versatile they are with just about any activity. Won't be the last pair of Tropicfeel I'll buy for sure! Easy five stars.

This company told my after month that pre-ordered shoe size is out of stock.
A pre-order means that you reserve my shoe size and if you're out of it just say say so on the preorder page.

I purchase a Canyon in an specific colour and I receive the moonshot model in a completely different colour. When I notice them of the error, they told me that there are no more of the request model or any of the alternatives. At least they have gave me a voucher for another pair in the future, but I am quite disappointed to have to wait until September to have stocks and make another purchase.

I would like to be able to share a review about the shoes that I pre-ordered but they never made it to me. I pre-ordered the canyon shoe in a specific size and color, which most people with common sense would say means that you are going to receive what you ordered, however, this is not the case. Its like making a reservation and the restaurant giving your table away. What is the point of pre-ordering something if you aren't going to honor that? Its too bad because I wanted to see what the hype was about but oh well . They refunded my money at least so guess they have that going for them . Would have rather received the shoes I paid for instead but oh well.
