This was an exceptionally pleasent shopping experience for me. Because the Norwegian customs service charged me about $50 to claim my package, I was a bit disgruntled. My shoes became quite a lot more expensive than I had anticipated. But I sent a complaining Email to customer care at Troipcfeel, and - lo and behold - they refunded my unforeseen expense! Incredible service. Feel free to use my review in future references.

My Monsoons give me the perfect support and comfort I have been looking for in a pair of trainers.

Got the Canyons. Sometimes they fit well, other times they're tight (even when wearing the same socks). The leather parts on the top of the shoe where the laces go can dig into the feet if walking for a while..
On the plus side: they look great and have good grip

I absolutely love these shoes. I was able to use these white water rafting and swim in the river so comfortably. I would say they were a little slippy on some of the steeper wet rocks, like when cliff jumping, but for general river walking, they were solid! The color is so cute, I am ready to buy more!

I am still waiting for my Canyon shoes I ordered on the 4th of June, so more than 2 moths ago.
Secondly It was unpleasant that I had to pay approx €20,00 extra before I could receive the ordered Caia Shoes. It was not stated anywhere that the price was not inclusive.

The shoes overall were pretty amazing. My wife and I just finished wearing them for a week and a half in Greece testing them out. The only reason why I would give the 4 stars instead of the 5 is because of a few little things. I got a pair of canyons. Super comfortable and they drain water very well. My only complaint is they are a little wide for my feet. And the sizing is about a size to big. So they didn’t fit 100%. My wife got the monsoons. She loved how lightweight and comfortable they are(Eventually). What she really didn’t like was the back elastic type band that is supposed to help keep your foot in the shoe. It ended up giving her some blisters. With or without socks it was still an issue. We had to go to a drugstore and buy some thing to help protect her skin. She was pretty upset about that for obvious reasons. But once we got the stuff to help her blisters she really enjoyed the shoe.

They are very light weight and easy to put on and take off.
The first time I used it, it was in the river, at the end of the day I could see that a small part of the shoe rubber has been chipped.
After that, I used them one more time to hike and I washed them in the washing machine as they announced on the website that can be washed in this way... now I have a hole in my new trainers... I paid 99€ for my red Canyon and after 2 uses they have a hole and a chipped sole... I do not recommend these trainers at all.

I wore these to hike sand dunes and again the next day when it rained and we had to go through creek valleys. They were great! I had great traction for not being a typical hiking shoe. Overall, they are comfortable, lightweight, and even clean up nicely after being in the mud all day!

I was very angry, that I had to pay 50 Euro on top for taxes and vat for the shoes from the campaigne. In your shop I ordered and did not need to pay on top.

Totally in love with the concept but the quality of the product is definitely not here. After 2 or 3 weeks of use my paire start to have many damages due to poor quality I guess.

I would however like to show my disappointment about the canyon rosewood 43 which has a problem/defect with the right shoe sole. If you check the pictures attached, you will see that the sole has got a fabrication issue/defect, impacting the shape of the shoe, therefore impacting the comfort of the shoe.

Amazing shoes! Highly recommend not just for travellers, but also just for day to day comfort. These shoes are light, airy, have great grip and easy to throw on fast thanks to the laces. Would happily get another pair. I know these are going to be a fantastic shoe to take on holiday as they are so versatile.

These shoes are very nice and light. I can go surfing, jumping from rocks, swimming, etc. and the shoes dry very fast. Moreover, I really like the brand values, I don’t want anymore to participate in the pollution of our planet, so it is cool there are sustainable brands.
