Love these shoes! Great for everyday wear, and dry quickly after paddle boarding.

I can't fault my expirience with buying, shipping or overall customer satisfaction before buying the product.

However the shoes were 'fine'... I woouldn't say they are the best quality and for the price they are not worth it. Additionally the sizing is wrong - meaning I have to return the product.

My problem is returning the product via tracked courier - which will cost me €35 - 1/3 the price of the shoes, making these shoes even more expensive and simply not worth the high price tag.

Very light and comfortable!

I love the shoes but the toggles that keep the ends of the laces secure fell off within days without me noticing in time to locate them. I have had to tie big knots into the ends of the laces to prevent them from slipping into the shoe. Everything else is perfect.

Reaaly comfortabel for the walk back on the beach after a kitesurf session. Even with (wet) beach sand on your feet.

Quite honestly, I was disappointed in these. I purchased my first pair of Tropicfeel Monsoon sneakers from the Kickstarter campaign in 2018. They have been amazing and one of the comfiest pairs of shoes I’ve ever had. Recently they started to wear out and get holes in them so I decided to try the new Tropicfeel Canyon, figuring they’d be more durable.

I don’t find them at all as comfortable as my old pair of Monsoons. They also fit much tighter on the upper portion. I followed all the sizing instructions which also directed me to the same size as my previous pair (which, again, fit amazingly and comfortably). These new ones feel a bit too tight and not as breathable. Gave me blisters after 30 mins of wear. I’ll give them another chance but, so far I don’t love them nearly as much as my old Monsoons.

I’ve been in touch with customer service though, who have offered to fix the issue. I may just go for the Monsoons again since I just found them way more comfortable and well fitting.

Still waiting for my purchase. No news from the consumer service.

Super cool stuff

The shoes are awesome, but I received a pair that are sized/stitched differently and therefore tight on one foot and fine on the other. CS is making me go through and measure the shoes to prove it—super annoying. I’m not shipping them back either as that would cost me $40+.

They are so very comfy, I put them straight on and wore them for a 7km Paddle Board.

Sizing is larger than standard shoe sizes based on 8-10 of the shoes that I have for the Canyons. The Monsoon’s run small and frail at the toe. The Canyon’s have a reinforced toe but run larger than the Monsoon’s which can be confusing for existing customers that are changing between shoe models.

Disappointed that I’m stuck with a pair of Monsoon's that are too small when using their fitting guidelines and ripping at the toe. Followed by more disappointment when getting the Canyon’s only to have to pay for duties, and then return shipping, followed by not being able to get the right size and colour due to it being out of stock until September, so I won’t be able to enjoy them much for any summer hikes and adventure. Will I have to pay for duties again (who knows, but that will be another cost).

Providing a two star rating because although frustrated and disappointed for paying so much for a shoe that has sizing and build issues, they have very responsive and kind customer service. In addition, although my heel and toe was dying when I wore the Monsoon’s on a Euro trip, they did work as advertised (good for hikes, all terrain, etc).
