it was great at first but now we are spammed with all different mails of questionnaires we already filled. And asked constantly for a registration fee which we already payed. So kind of annoying.

The booking experience with Volunteer World was a great one!
All the information about the projects was at hand, in an easy format, with great descriptions. Any questions were answered quickly both from Volunteer World - thankyou Mariela and my chosen project - thankyou Justin. The only hard decision was which program to apply for!

I always recommend Volunteer World when someone asks me about my volunteering experience. There are so many wonderful programs to choose from. This is my second time booking through Volunteer World, and I have never had any issues. I always felt that there would be someone there to support me if I had any problems. Thank you so much to the entire Volunteer World team! Kind regards from Switzerland.

Lauren answered some questions for me about time and arrival. Very easy to send emails to Lauren at the program and to the Volunteer World coordinator

Hi Linda. I couldn’t find my reservation, so I created a new one. Then I found the original and had to cancel the duplicate reservation. It would be helpful to be able to find current reservations more easily.

This is the second time I have used volunteer world. I went to Iceland last summer and had a brilliant time. This year I’m off to Mongolia. Before booking last year I was worried about who to trust. I’ve always had a good experience with volunteer world:
