Volunteer world offer incredible opportunities and put you in direct contact with the charities working on the ground. They’ve been really helpful to me and easy to use.

There was actually more involved than I had assumed but the paperwork was straight forward and the information I received answered all my questions. I'm actually pumped for my next trip volunteering... in The Galapagos ;)

Very quick response to my application and put me in touch with the project straight away. I like that you can pay a deposit to secure your place without having to pay the whole cost at once. I’d like more information on the vetting of the projects though. Will have to wait and see if the project meets the high standards advertised!

Hi there,
Your website is enjoyable and has a good overview. The search function is handy and it works efficiently. the support is quick. Maybe the only thing that I can miss is pop up support windows but that is not an issue :) Thank you for all your help.

Looking forward to working in Namibia but have had conflicting information about the available duration. This has caused me to reschedule the trip I am doubting directly after Namibia and it is still incorrect. I have also had to request clarification about start and end times and do not yet know what documents you need from me. I had planned to do a second project with you (in Mozambique) but have lost trust in you.
