Not attentive and not helpful, I have no idea if I can go to my volunteer because the attention was poor. I hope you start worrying about who you help

Very friendly employees and quick answers to questions. Most of the volunteer projects are quite expensive though.

Volunteer world is a great place to book your volunteer experience abroad. If you need any help they are always there for you. They even sent me an e-mail proactive because they saw I had trouble with my payment in Paypal.

Easy to find a fitting project and to contact the programs. Maybe a app world be extra nice to make it easier to get messages and communicate with volunteer world and the projects. But all in all very good and perfect to plan your volunteer work!

Worked well. Could not open website on my windows 7 computer. Not clear why two lines in my booking, one for me and one for the volunteering company.
Answer was provided though.

I feel quite happy about the way things went: I logged in and I was shown quite a lot of projects, and also information about them, so that I could choose the project I felt most interested in. Then the volunteer organization got in touch with me and after a couple of days confirmed my application. Volunteer World asked me to pay a deposit to make sure the place would be available for me in the dates I had chosen. What I need now is to read properly all the information they sent me, and then get in touch directly with the volunteering organization to ask all the questions I want. Up to now nothing really felt amiss.

Es war alles sehr übersichtlich dargestellt und man bekam sehr schnell Antworten auf seine Fragen. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden und freue mich nun auf meinen Aufenthalt in Südafrika.

The platform is easily accesible and smooth, but i dont like veing forced to write a review. You dont have to send an email asking for that more than once.

Extensive overview of wide range of programmes, quick response. Looking forward to my experience in South Africa now!
However, promotional emails are just too much now and computer generated messages of “Linda” are simply annoying

I think the site is very well designed, the experiences well explained, and quite attractive ... We always answered my questions. I was conquered. I am registered on a project in South Africa and I am eager to participate ...
