New website build

Not being a computer wizz, we embarked on the services of WebCreationUK to devise the website for our new product. The team have been extremely professional, supportive, given feedback and updated changes which we wanted to implement on a quick turnaround. Even after the site has been completed, we are still fine tuning a couple of points, and still continue to receive valuable support. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Email support whilst on holiday

I started using Web Creation to set up my website, but have found they are really helpful in all the other online sides of my business. Most recently they responded really quickly to an email problem I was having while on holiday and sorted everything out with no fuss so I could on and enjoy my holiday stress-free.

Rocky start with a firework finish

I'm still having a couple of issues - neither hotmail nor webcreation will help me connect my web email account to my outlook despite contacting webcreation support many times. The first problem was that the webcreation email wasn't secure (SSL or something technical) Also, still having trouble with 'google blast and boost' but i'll probably leave another review in future as I still have a couple of ideas going.

It doesn't matter how long it takes - so long as you get there. At first, I very much regretted giving my money to Webcreation. Now? I'm so glad I did. Although there were issues, they worked hard to sort them out. If you raise a concern to Mark or Peter and get them on the case then they will do their utter best to rectify and deliver.

Looking at the situation now, I can see why this company was a good choice. It's because they will continue to work with you until its right. I was afraid that it would be a 'dump and run' service, and I have been a bit of a nuisance, sometimes an annoying customer.. But I'm so pleased I was because now I look at my website and I'm beyond pleased and impressed. It is literally what I wanted. So, they've fired back a couple of times saying that they couldn't do a couple of things... Like change my twitter icon and facebook icon - I don't wholeheartedly know if I believe this because my site runs on wordpress and it should be easy to integrate the normal buttons, but this isn't too much of an issue anymore as I do genuinely love my website.

I will be taking advantage of the 'logo redesign' service - they offer unlimited redesigns and my logo is pretty huge at the moment, so I already have plans of downsizing!

One thing I will say is that if you're having a difficult time talking to your designer or getting someone to understand exactly what it is you want, then do not be afraid to pick up the phone. As soon as I rang any contact number I was greeted at the end of the phone with nothing other than an understanding, proactive voice and this was a huge comfort to have whilst my website was in design.

Some websites are quite literally peoples dreams and so any designer has a difficult job because they are literally building another persons vision and I appreciate that that isn't easy.

My website went live with a couple of really obvious issues such as template text on the pages and social media buttons not working - stock images not sizing properly. That's where 'ongoing support' comes in. I'm not saying that you expect these issues, but as you work through them with your designer, you can actually turn around and say "Hey, sorry... I don't like this being here or that being there. Can you change it" and they will. The continuous work will make for the best website around. I panicked because my Facebook went up to 40k likes in a very short amount of time and my website was trashy. After working through all of the issues I can say that it is near on perfect and I now have advertisers requesting space - I'm getting paid, which means that when they looked at the site, they thought it looked fantastic.

It took a while, I got stressed out, I had to complain a couple of times and I think I may have cried at one point - but in the end, it turned out better than I could have imagined and with a couple of finishing touches left, I'm really VERY happy with it.

Also, thanks team for putting up with my sometimes awful and moody personality, but you dealt with it great and made me feel like a valued customer.

At the end of the day, I think if you want a website with absolutely NO bumps in the road, you're going to be looking at paying out a few grand.

I think that if you're looking for a website that will get the job done quickly, you'll be disappointed when they charge you to make changes.

The best way to design your dream website is trial by error. You really can make the most of the money you spend - and that's what makes the bumps in the road worth it.

Excellent design and service

My experience of using Webcreation was superb. I made countless alterations all of which were carried out and presented back to me in a couple of hours. The designers understood exactly what i wanted and created a very impressive site that will be great for my business. I was over the moon with the results and would highly recommend them. A pleasure to deal with and very professional throughout.

The service I have received from WebCreation has truly been excellent. I was skeptical that a company offering web solutions at fixed prices would be able to offer the style and design of web site I required but and concern has been put to rest over the last couple of months. I was assigned a project manager - Sandra who, despite me not being the easiest customer and having very definite expectations managed to get an amazing site put together that looks stunning.

Sandra and the WebCreation team have managed to build a WP site that looks and feels completely different to any WP site I have seen including mobile optimisation and inclusion of HD video.

The only "bump" in the journey to getting my site live was the content writing service which does not live up to the rest of those on offer however the company refunded the fees paid as the content really was not up to scratch

I've been using Webcreations for many years now, I'm not very computer literate and I know this wasn't their job but I lost an icon that I had to check my emails on my computer and called and got through to Allen who helped me set another one up, he then sent me an email with all my email details so I would never lose them. 5 star for customer service.

I commissioned a new website with WebCreationUK as our previous website, which they also designed was looking a bit dated after 5 years. We are delighted with our new website that is now fully optimised and looking fantastic! The experience of working with the design team was very much hands on from our end and what has finally been produced, is exactly the professional finished website that we wanted! Communication directly with the developer Rupali was effective and effortless to make the many amendments and changes! WebCreationUK has been hosting our site for the past 5 years, and during that time, we have only ever experienced downtime once! Now that is what I call an excellent result! Smooth flow and support

We missed a deadline due to business ongoings and Allan really went out of his way to ensure we complete this.
I think the sales team could work on improving teaching the client what a theme can and cannot do, with itty gritty bits like font etc. However the development team and Allan ironed that out for me during the design.

It's been a great partnership

I found the whole team very helpful and polite especially at the very start where they pointed me in the right direction with ideas to create an excellent website.

When the need arose to alter or update my entree a quick phone call remedied the situation.

I have many customers that mentioned how good and informative the website is which tells me that all is fine.

On reflection I would say that Webcreation will give you a first class package for a modest cost.
