This is the third website I have had from this company. Each time I have been happy with the end result. Like everything else you get out what you put in. The team we had was willing to work with us to meet our deadline and responded quickly to resolve any issues.
We would like to thank the team for making our often garbled instructions into a website that is our pipeline to the world.

Website acceptable for the money, couple of niggles but they sorted them out

Website set up was fine although not much in the way of creative ideas from the designer but it was much cheaper than other quotes and ours was just a brochure site so not complicated or particularly a problem because I looked at what I liked and fed it back so they could put it all together. I did have a problem setting up the email on my iphone but it turned out to be a gremlin in the system (not sure whether iphone or their server) but with Web Creation's help it has been sorted out by allocating me a new email address. In life it is inevitable that things can occasionally go wrong but in my experience the measure of a good company is how hard they work to sort things out. It took a while but Mark at Web Creation pulled out all the stops to help me - thank you. Would use them again.

I commissioned the renewal of my website from Webcreation who originally wrote it 6 years previously. They've been hosting it since it went live and it made sense to approach them for an update. It was duly negotiated and work commenced. At first progress was slow, the updates were unimpressive and communication with the development team was poor. The staff at the UK office wasn't much better and after some time, I felt I was a distraction rather than a customer and I requested a refund and wanted out of the contract. At this point I fortunately spoke to Tim who re-assured me and said he'd look into it. He re-asigned my project to a new developer, Denis and things took a turn for the better. Denis immediately understood what was required, communication was easy and my website was completed a short while later. It goes to show you the difference a team can make and how an experience can change, including a Recommendation!! Thank you again to Tim, Denis and Webcreation for my new website!!

I had a great experience with Web creations. I got a really good website out of it which has had good customer feedback. A little slow to get the site designed but great uk customer support got it back on track. Credit to toby randall and jodie collier for all their patience and help. I would definitely use again plus recommended to others.

NEW WEBSITE BEDAZZELING-First I would like to thank my first web developer Surjeet Kaushal, for all his help, patience during the time of development and design, also my second web developer, Varun Dhand, things were a little frustrated at time, but they were very good understanding guys to my requirements. They were suppotive and helpful. I asked for a number of changes to be made to my site. All of which was were completed to my standards, by Varun, thanks guys. I would like to thank Jodi Millard , she was a star on her job and the amount of passion she showed to go the extra mile, to help me setting up my website facebook. Thanks to Ryan Spencer to returned all my e-mails. I would give 5 stars to Varun and Surjeet to the work that has been done. The only frustrations I would like to speak directly to the developers in order to make it more efficient, easy and faster. Overall good and value for money. I am happy with the website.

Avinash was my designer at Web Creations. First of all this man needs to receive some kind of bravery award for dealing with a hellish customer like myself. My last couple of years was really tough on a personal level but Avinash showed SO much patience, kindness, friendliness and expertise. I made his life really hard with all my high standards and demands... but every single time I communicated with him he came back with RESULTS!!! His professionalism, PATIENCE, skill and ability to listen to the customer and really understand the customers needs is second to none. Great...So Far!!

I decided to look for another website designer and was very skeptical in using another website company due to a negative experience I had previously. Allan Lawrence immediatley understood my fustratations and gained my confidence in WebcreationUK Ltd. He suggested ways to build my website given the limited budget I was now working with and so far the site looks great. Allan has a very friendly, professional manner and I felt at ease talking to him. He always returns telephone calls and to date, 5 weeks later since my first telephone conversation, my expectations have been exceeded and I am looking forward to the end result of my website and feel I am back in control with excactly how I wanted my website to look and feel when I launch within the next few weeks! I will definately be recommending WebcreationUK Ltd as I believed the work done has been money well spent and great value for money too!

It has been a rough two years for me on so many personal levels. Because of this I have been the 'client from hell' and have REALLY given Allan a hard time. It's only looking back on this... now that I have come to terms with the death of my Mother and have sorted out my physical illness... that I have been able to look back on this period and see what a nightmare I was every time I called or emailed Allan. He never once got impatient. He never once even hinted at being frustrated with me. He was always extremely obliging and encouraging and accomodating. I in turn was curt, demanding, rude and impatient. I felt out of my depth doing the website because of my dyslexia and all the stress i was going through. I'm quite certain that Webcreation have a dart-board in their office with my face on it (Wouldn't blame them) but never once has Allan or his colleagues shown me an bad will or anger at all. Allan has had to put up with numerous telephone calls and emails from me..... I even once threatened to take him to court!!! Oh, I'm so embarressed. But I spoke with him today and he was lovely... kind.... sweet natured and happy and friendly. It's exactly that kind of manner and professionalism that can humble someone and make them realise what an idiot they've been. And exactly the same kind of manner that guarantees return business. Worth the wait.

At first there is quick response that looks well put together (from others as well as my own opinion).
Then there is a bit of a lag as emails are sent through different time zones around the world. Language can be an issue as well and you need to be specific as to what you want.
Calling them has good results and they change things quickly when they can. Pleased with the end product.
They have the ability, but you need the diligence, persistence and patience.

Very happy with my two new websites

I am delighted with the two new websites. I have had several websites done by WebcreationUK now and have been happy with all of them. I am quite fussy so have given a 1 star reduction on this project only due it taking a little longer than expected, but I should state that it was a very complicated site. All the other projects I have had done by WebcreationUK get the full 5 stars.

Overall good and value for money but some improvement required

Firstly I think Webcreation provides value for money. They are very attentive in the initial stages but I noticed that towards the end the level of service dropped significantly. Considering most people who want a website to be billed are not technical experts one would expect more support.

Towards the end I felt rushed to make decisions that I was unsure about because they just wanted to wrap it up. Not support is given at the end of the project to help non technical people manage their new website.
It takes days for anyone to get back to you with answers to questions at the end of project despite reassurances that this would not be the case.

All good at the beginning but the poor attitude at the end marred my experience.

very clear, and well designed. easy for customers to understand, i only get customers asking me questions which i have not put answers to on the website, thye never have any problem with understanding the information on the site
