Customer service & 6 year partnership

I have been dealing with the customer support team this week and spoke to Allen, I had written a review elsewhere and he mentioned TrustPilot is the most reliable source for future customers looking for accuracy on what a company is like. So I repeat the below, and say I have been a client of Webcreations for 6 years.

I'm not very computer literate and I know this wasn't their job but I lost an icon that I had to check my emails on my computer and called and got through to Allen who helped me set another one up, he then sent me an email with all my email details so I would never lose them. 5 star for customer service.

Honest, trustworthy, excited and generous!

I'm a therapist and started to dabble with advertising and got so confused with all the available options in the advertising world. I came across Webcreationuk and saw they had simple packages that I understood - after speaking to Nick I was not only comforted from the ugly advertising sisters that are out there, I also got a clear understand of what type of advertising is right for my business - even if it meant Webcreationuk losing out on further business from me. Web Creation has looked after our site for many years. Great value and service when you need it, like, for example, today where Allan quickly understood our needs and made it happen within 20 minutes!

OUR PERSONAL EXPERIENCE TO-DATE HAS BEEN VERY VERY VERY BAD, OVER 7 MONTHS IN AND STILL NO WEBSITE, WE ARE INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE FROM WEBCREATIONUK!! EVEN OUR CUSTOMERS KEEP ASKING IF OUR WEBSITE WILL EVER BE LIVE!
WE ALWAYS FEEL LIKE WE ARE HAVING TO CHASE FOR AN UPDATE OR TO FIND OUT WHATS HAPPENING, LAST COMMUNICATION WAS OVER 3 WEEKS AGO AND THAT WAS AFTER WE CHASED THEM, AS WE DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING FOR 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO CHASING THEM.
WE RAISED WITH WEBCREATIONUK THAT THE COMMUNICATION REALLY NEEDED IMPROVING AND THEY EVEN SAID THEY WOULD TRY REDEEM THEMSELVES, THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED. VARIOUS FACTORS MAY HAVE AFFECTED WHY THE COMMUNICATION WAS SO POOR AND HAD THEY SIMPLY CALLED OR EMAILED US TO KEEP US UPDATED, WE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE THANKED THEM FOR TELLING US ITS RUNNING LATE AND THEN TRIED TO WORK TO A NEW COMPLETION DATE, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN EITHER.
IF YOU LIKE THE THOUGHT OF SPEAKING TO YOUR DEVELOPER VERBALLY THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AS THEY ARE NOT UK BASED, WHICH WE WERE NEVER MADE AWARE OF, RESPONSE TIMES FROM THEM ALSO LACKED SOMEWHAT IN OUR EXPERIENCE.
CALL BACKS WE REQUESTED DID NOT HAPPEN, WHEN WE CALLED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THEY WERE VERY RARELY AVAILABLE, WHICH SIMPLY ADDS TO THE FRUSTRATION.

WE REALLY FELT WEBCREATIONUK WOULD BE THE COMPANY WHO WE PUT OUR HARD EARNED SAVINGS INTO TO GET AN E-COMMERCE WEBSITE SELLING I.T PRODUCTS, HOWEVER CURRENTLY WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA AT ALL WHEN OR IF IT EVER WILL BE.

WEBCREATIONUK WERE HELPFUL IN THE VERY EARLY STAGES WHEN GOING THROUGH THE DESIGN PROCESS WHICH WE SINGED OFF MONTHS AGO HOWEVER SINCE THEN WE PERSONALLY FEEL ALL MOMENTUM WITH OUR WEBSITE HAS BEEN LOST AND WE HAVE ALSO LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN THEM.

WE WILL WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW TO KEEP YOU ALL UPDATED WITH THE PROGRESS, WHO KNOWS WE MAY GET A WORKING SITE SOON EVEN THOUGH WE ARE NOW GOING INTO MONTH 8!
IF WEBCREATIONUK DO PULL SOMETHING OUT OF THE BAG WE WILL BE HAPPY TO SAY THAT THEY REALLY TOOK THEIR TIME BUT IN THE END THEY DID DELIVER A FULLY FUNCTIONING WEBSITE, WHICH WE ARE HAPPY WITH. JUST DOES NOT FEEL LIKE IT EVER WILL BE AT THE MOMENT.

We had recently stopped using Web Creation due to a fasntastic offer for hosting which we couldn't pass up. While transitioning out of the service we ran into problems regarding our domain. We didn't know where it was we tried looking for it ourselves but just couldn't find it.

I submitted a ticket to Web Creation Uk which was picked up by Allan. Allan gave us a call to speak to us unlike other tickets we had submitted which just emailed us. He advised us that he couldn't find the domain either but would talk to a more senior member of staff to help us find it and said he would ring in half an hour. 20 minutes later Allan rang and told exactly where the domain was and how to go about getting it back.

He also made our lead admin smile when he mentioned how she was the happiest lady he had met on the phone.

Wonderful in every way

Writing a review is a pain but for these guys, i just had to do it! I ordered an ecommerce website a couple of months back and now i'm trading and taking orders. Their amazing blast & boost service has already started my website appearing on Google too which is just superb. Top marks guys!

We have chosen to work with WebCreationUK from the first phone call we have made. A truly professional team.
After few days we received the first draft and we were really blown away, confirming we made the right decision.
There were some hoops to jump throughout the development process, however our website designer (Sandra) was amazing. Not only she had great patience with us, she really got it done and delivered on our expectations. More importantly, we delivered on our customers’ expectations. The minute after we communicated the new website was live, we received compliments from all our major customers and prospects.

We were moving towards the end of our relationship with Web Creation UK Ltd and on the way out we wanted to transfer a domain. However we couldn't find out how to get access to it I sent in a ticket which was picked up by Allan Lawrence. Now all other places which I have dealt with tickets have just emailed me back Allan took it upon himself to call himself personally and talk through the details.

He was pleasant, knowledgeable and spoke with empathy about our situation. Our situation was a unique one in which he hadn't come across before he spoke with a senior member of staff and got back to us within half an hour with the information we required to change. Although we have already paid for hosting with a another company the service from Allan did seriously make me consider switching the hosting to have that level of customer service. He also complimented our lead admin on the pleasantness of her phone answering manner which she appreciated.

My developer quickly understood what I was after

It was a simple process. I had a vision of what I wanted and through simple communication and input from my developer I ended up with a site better than my expectations. Easy to pay and if any difficulty sales team were on hand and sorted quickly. Would recommend to anyone.

We had few initial issues with the website and hosting,though Mark and the team at web creation have dealt with all issues and it is refreshing to find a company that will keep going until issues are sorted. I would recommend them.
