Dissappointed it didn't come preloaded as with previous purchases from Droidbox.
T8 seems like an excellent piece of kit though.!

One I had realised my mistake of plugging the dongle into my TV instead of my new Droidbox and made sure it was pushed fully into the USB socket , I was quickly up and running and enjoying this comfortable device.

It sits comfortably in the hands and the softfeel finish is nice too. My prime issue with it would be that I have yet to understand the function of some of the buttons.

Most of them are self explanatory but there are some that don't do what you would expect them to do and i can't find one that matches the menu key on the handset supplied with my Droidbox meaning that at times I have had to use that instead and then go back to the Rii8 unit to finish - adding a favourite item in Kodi for instance.

The Back, Escape and E buttons do a manner of things and it's a bit trial and error. What is the button top left above the light one?? a full button list would be nice when you buy one of these.

I did some research and found that if you are clever and confident you can remap the buttons to do different functions instead which is ok if you can be asked to do all of that.

But I'll stop griping cos I like it and it give me the keyboard and touchpad I wanted for internet browsing etc. so it's fine. Now just got to work out how the hell you can scroll down on the newly designed YouTube pages?!! Any answers anybody?

Have now cancelled my Sky TV & BT Sport subscriptions - gonna save me £££'s!

Husband really thrilled can watch the sport Granddaughter pleased with movies good buy .

Just amazing, clever piece of kit, probably best purchase of 2015

Amazing little box with more than you ll ever need to watch...

Its so small its like holding a game controller goes into standby mode when being used ideal to save battery this is the only remote you need for Droid box
Love it outstanding

This is my first Android TV device so can't compare it against other boxes but I'm happy with the unit - it works and and had no problems in the first two weeks of ownership. Box arrived promptly and well packaged - worked straight out of the box.

I played with Kodi first on a pc to find out how it works - I would recommend this route to others. After a few days of playing with the various wizards I decided not to use a wizard at all and only install addons that work and are good quality! I believe quality is better than quantity!

I recommend the following addons - Phoenix (Live TV, Sports and Movies), Robocop (Football) and UK Turk (Classic TV and Movies) and i4ATV (Live TV). I guess the recommended addons will change with time so always useful to have two for the same purpose in case one goes down. Have a look on seo-michael.co.uk website for how to install the addons.

Twitter is useful for news and developments within the Kodi community.

Considering I have never recieved this item how can i review it correctly.
Been told a new one would be sent out since last Tuesday as stock was arriving Tuesday I have still not got this item very very dissapointed

I have bought a few android tv boxes .this is the best one yet.
Should give more imformation about how to install programs and repository. better than the rest

Had a cheep alternative prior to this one. The difference in quality is remarkable. Definitely recommend DroidBOX products.

Very happy with the product. Thanks - - - John.

Excellent ! This really is awesome ! Easy to use medium to set up , helpline was awesome ! Everything works like a dream . Myself and 13 mates have bought the t8s and all are happy !

Excellent product, easy to set up, easy to use, does everything I need it to do.

Almost contacted droid box support .no answer on phone .eventually installed it .i think it's okay not tried it properly

My recent buys from droid box were delivered promptly and were exactly what I ordered. Droid box wizard not being pre installed is a bit of a downer but everything is great, and would recommend any model.

I love Droidbox and the Kodi App is amazing. I can't believe that more people haven't heard about these systems and the support is excellent. I use YouTube for tutorials and technical support from Droidbox too, both are extremely helpful. Kind regards Phil

The physical device has a really good feel to it, connecting it is very although it would be handy if auxiliary cable requirements were specified at the purchase point so I could have had them before I received the box!!
As for the instructions on using the system they are pretty none existent. A “Noddys” guide to finding and inputting relevant streaming sources would be a major addition to the product as its a labyrinth to begin with but with a little help from my friends I am now able to structure the system to run very effectively.

Best thing sines sliced bread I absolutely love it as does my wife she gets to watch box sets in bed which is fine by me

Wow what a bit of kit this little box is once you have installed the wookie which is quite easy, you have got a massive library of movie and sport addons everything you need. This is my first box and it's the dogs b*ll*cks !! Fast and easy to use what a bargain.
