Now I’m waiting for two of my friends to pull the trigger. If I were to change one thing it would be the availability of the bikes.. or I should say at least my bike, because both my friends want to same one and are going to have to wait weeks to get it. It all started with excellent customer care. Sean took his time to help me find the perfect bike for my lifestyle. I am very happy with his suggestion. My bike arrived 5 days after the order was placed. I have been on it everyday since.

box arrived without any damage. I assembled bike as directed without any problems. I have ridden bike for 47 miles and it works great and is a pleasure to ride. I live in an area with many hills and the bike climbs great , it has a lot of power. The bike is well engineered and I would recommend the it to anyone.

I'm an avid cyclist using this eBike for daily commute of 21 miles each way with 700ft elevation gain and loss. I weigh 205 lbs and carry the charger so I can charge the battery for the trip home, a laptop, and various items totaling about 15 lbs.

The bike is ungodly heavy and hard to maneuver when not riding. I immediately cut 1.5 inches off each side of the handlebars and I flipped the bar stem upside down to lower the bars and improve my riding position. I also replaced the tires with Schwalbe G-One. The saddle will go next as it is not comfortable for rides longer than a few miles.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the bike for the price paid. The battery gets me door to door 21 miles and is almost completely drained depending on wind and rain. I don't use the lights for fear of draining the battery before I get to work. I use battery operated flashers. I can ride the 21 miles in 53 minutes and not be sweaty on arrival (spring temps are cool in New England). Forgot to mention pedals were also useless so I replaced with Shimano touring pedals clipless on 1 side and flat on the other. I wear clipless touring shoes on my ride to work.
I would buy this bike again. Shipping was fast and shipping company very easy to get along with. It is a good entry level eBike. I've learned enough that I would invest in a Trek Super Commuter 8 after I've worn this one into the ground. Assembly was easy as the bike was mostly pre-assembled.

First time back on a bike since I was a kid. 48 now. I purchased an all terrain and a kush. The all terrain was exactly what I expected however the kush had a mid drive and was lacking the power I was expecting. Knowing what I know now I'd get the bigger mid drive. Bikes seem very well built and batteries are lasting much longer than advertised. I would recommend these bikes but try and test ride a rear and mid hub to know what your getting. I watched all the videos and reviews and still didn't get it.

I bought this bike for a neighbor who has been unable to pass a drivers teast so has been house bound. He is finally able to get out on his own. He is like a kid again at age 62. It is more than we expected.

Almost three years and 900 miles on my R750 and still going strong! Almost all in the woods, grass, sand and mud. My buddy Tim got one too and we use them for hunting and exploring the woods here in South Florida. We are both in our sixties and walking is just getting harder and slower. One day Tim mentioned electric fat tire bikes (which I was not aware of) and I really liked the idea. I started searching for them and saw that there are quite a few of them out there. Long story short, we boiled it down to the A.T. R750, I like quality but, I am price conscious, with these bikes you get both quality and a decent price.
I have had a couple issues with mine, one time was a warrantee issue and was taken care of quickly at no cost and the other was past warrantee and was taken care of fast with very fair prices on replacement parts. They take care of their customers.
FYI... I believe the bikes came with 25 psi in the tires which to me is way too much. I find that 15psi works great on the road and it allows me to get 20 miles with using only one bar or so (it's flat down here and I do pedal to get some exercise). When I run it in the woods I put 5-6psi in the back and 8-9psi in the front (it steers funny if you go too low on the front). These pressures are low but, makes for a much softer ride in the bumps. Don't forget to put slime in the tires! We've only had one flat between us in all this time riding in the woods! With that said, I believe you can easily get 40 plus miles on the road (I haven't ridden that far yet) and we have ridden 25 miles in the woods with one bar left at the end. The lower pressure and the terrain will work the battery more.
I could go on and on but, I will spare you...…. We are very happy with these bikes and I believe if you buy one you will be too!

So far have approximately 130 miles on the bike. Utilize the bike on dirt roads that wind through marsh front, swamps, and horse pastures. It has performed exceptionally well and has been great fun to ride!

Great rack but often rubs the tire. I have a 29” inseam & with the seat at a comfortable height & the suspension sag set properly the rack will rub the tire on rough terrain.
Problem solved: seat in lower position on smooth ground & higher off road since I’m on the pedals more often than the seat. High or low, I can’t reach the ground from the seat.

Guys stuck with me through thick and thin when my bike failed on me. I can’t praise the customer service I had enough!

I purchased the R750 last fall and have used it to commute to work almost 25 miles each way. To dat over 2000 trouble free miles! I weigh 220 lbs and carry at least 20 lbs of gear and can average 21 to 22 mph and still have between 1 and 2 bars left on the battery at the end of each trip. As I can charge it at work it works put just fine. The support from the company is great! Now that I have been riding this bike it has shaved almost 2 hours off of my commute by road bike and allowed me to bike in cold weather when I would not have considered on a regular bike. The cost of charging is a few pennies as opposed to gas cost. This bikes are the way of the future in sustainability and getting more folks on bikes!

great bike over 86 miles and no problems yet . I use the bike mainly for fishing pulling bike trailer with all my gear and my weight of 270lbs on gravel road with alot of in head wind and the bike handles it like a champ and still has alot of battery left.the shipping was great box was in excellent condition when it arrive.if your looking for a bike with muscle the 750 all terrain is it.

My purchase was acually the r750 and im quite happy with it. Very easy partial assembly. After minor adjustments to the control positions on the handlebars and a few pounds of air I was out the door exploring. Loving it! Game changer.

Very happy with my new bike. I spent a week browsing the internet comparing specs and pricing. The all terrain Kush is the best value out there. Great experience all around. Highly recommended.
