Today was a good day, I took my new M2S R750 out for it's first spin and we had a blast!! I covered 16 miles of hilly rural neighborhoods out here in the Shenandoah Valley and felt I could have easily done more, the battery still had over 50% remaining. I rode mostly in PAS 2&3 and easily handled all the hills. I'm 6'4 and weigh about 215ish, I was worried that the bike might struggle on some of those hills but it turned out not to be the case at all and I'm very impressed with the power, as mentioned I had it set to less than half the max and it was no problem at all on any of the hills, just drop a gear or two and off you go...
I need to get a new seat, it was uncomfortable on the homeward stretch, this old ass needs a bit more padding under it. Other than that, I really can't fault anything for the price, the bike is huge, built like a tank with great frame welds. Brakes are good enough for my riding style on this beast and I appreciate the extra stopping power of the hydraulics as there's lots of weight in motion. The suspension forks leave quite a lot to be desired but again, for the type of riding this bike is for and the price paid, they're adequate. Fat tires are fun, makes you feel like you can tackle any terrain and the bike feels planted at all times, even at speed. Cornering takes a little more effort than initially anticipated but the ride was solid and confidence inspiring.
All in all, very satisfied for the first ride out, hopefully we're in this for the long haul.

Great experience! The website is easy to navigate, lots of information that made making a choice super easy. Love the bikes, easy to set up and jump on and ride. The seat is super comfortable too, even after a 20 mile ride and not having been on a bike in several months. We love our M2S bikes!

Unfortunately the display would not power up.
However, your tech was quick to try and resolve the problem and has shipped a new display and controller for me to install.
The parts have not arrived yet so I cannot give a full review of the bike.
I will say that the quality of the bike looks great.

I have not been out in the woods with it yet. But I have used a trailer and towed my kids around in the buggy. It performs very well. I def believe it’s going to be all that I expected.

Great bike

Bike arrived undamaged and after assembly only needed a few adjustments. My main worry was customer service. Well I called 3 times and every time I was connected to within one or two rings. There is someone to walk you through your questions. Only 14 miles as of now but I am happy with my investment.

I am absolutely over the moon impressed with this machine. It is everything I was hoping for and more. The best value on the market for sure. If had myself as a friend to let me try this bike from the beginning I would have purchased immediately.

I am having problems getting my legs over and off of the top of the bar. If it came in a shorter size I should have gotten it or I should have got the step through version or similar bike.

This is an awesome Bike!!! After ordering it took just 3 1/2 business days to reach Phoenix, AZ, I was able to track it the whole way. The Old Dominion Truck Company Driver was very nice and helpful, as he called me 1/2 hour before delivery, i gave him helpful directions to my apartment and even helped me carry it to my door. The Box arrived without a mark or hole anywhere, and i was relieved, I opened the Box and the Bike was very carefully packed in foam and tape, protecting every Painted surface of the Bike. After cutting a few wire ties, i was able to lay the box down and slide out the bike and lay out the pieces, not one piece was missing, i found the front axle spindle and assembled the front rim and tire first, i then was able to stand up the bike on the kickstand, then assembled the pedals and handlebars, last i assembled the seat and post, last i put the rear rack on and aired up the Tires. Total assembly time was about 2 hours, i found it very easy to assemble, and i was very careful with each part. After Charging the battery, I took it for a ride and was amazed of the power of the bike. It ramped up to speed very fast switching gears on the pedal assist. I also Rode the bike and pedaled the bike without the motor assist, went through all the gears, it shifted very easily, and didn't miss a gear at all down shifting back down, was still the same, it was very finely tuned from the factory. If you are hesitant about the bike purchase, I would say just go for it, you will be as pleased as I was. the blue and orange paint on the bike is very nice looking, everywhere i go, i get compliments. And also this bike has no problems going up the hill on the way to work, it is a joy to ride, the MS2 Company will go far, Great Bikes, Great company Service!!

I bought this bike in the fall and have a hard time doing anything but taking it for long rides. It shipped quick, was easy to put together and the customer service is exceptional. It was tough to wait out the winter to ride again. I've never had more fun on a bike. I was a bit reluctant to purchase an ebike but at 55 I feel it was the right move for me. You can pedal and get as much of a work out as you'd like and when you need that little extra kick that isn't in your gas tank the bike is there for you. I'm riding more, having more fun and I am going to get an ebike for my wife soon. I had a good spill this spring and broke the front fork. I emailed M2S to see if it was under warranty and without a question they shipped me a new fork immediately. Great company! You wont' regret your purchase. Miles of Smiles!

I can't say a lot about the bike, yet; but the customer service from m2s is fantastic. The bike arrived quickly and well packaged. Assembly was a snap. Fit and finish was great, and the components appear to be of decent quality. I spent one day on the trails with it, and was impressed with the power of the Ultra Bafang. Time will tell how it holds up, but my initial ride, along with the first class customer service easily wins 5 stars.

My Green M2S R750 arrived yesterday, March 25, 2019. Easy assembly and very solid bike. Went on a 14 mile ride at assist level 3 and only used 20% of the battery. Will definitely be getting a more comfortable seat though. Ordered mine withe the rack and fenders and happy I did.

The bike is very impressive, better than expected. A couple odds and ends I needed help with were handled very well by support with same day responses. Recommending to friends who are asking about my bike that I wouldn’t hesitate to go with M2S.

Just bought fenders for my one year old Kush mid-drive.
Easy to install, nice not to have a line up my back when I go through water. Love the bike have 1200 plus miles on it.
