So far, so great. Works well and is a blast to ride in the limited time I’ve had. Will test it further once the outdoor temps get above 10 degrees.

Great Bike!!! Superb support!! “How To” videos are Excellent” Really love the bike, QC could improve. My bike arrived missing the rear carriage rack, but M2S was quick to send me a rack. Customer support has been responsive to all my questions and requests. I like the community blogs and articles M2S sends out. Your accessory store is excellent and quick to ship purchased items.
The Scout is a great bike for an older person with hip issues.
Customer Support Makes the difference! So important when buying a bike online.

Hi Robert,
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. The reason we inspect every bike before it leaves our headquarters is to catch any issues before a bike lands to a customer. It sounds like there was an oversight on a couple of the components on your bike, and we want to make that right. Please send an email to Support@M2SBikes.com so we can help get your bike rocking the way it should be!

So far so good. The bike was easy to assemble once it arrived, and the quality seems solid. Have only had one chance to ride so far, but rides and handles nicely.

These bikes are great quality . Easy to set up and fun to ride. The medium bikes that I ordered are super tall for even me who is 5’-8”. If I had known and it was available I would have purchased a small version. I also ordered one for my wife but she feels it is too tall for her so we will need to get a smaller one for her to ride.

What a fantastic bike with even better customer service. I had a missing battery due to a ripped shipping box. One call and three days later I had the replacement and was off and riding. I couldn't recommend M2S Bikes enough.

Everyone at M2S was so patient and so helpful with my many questions. A very big Thank You to everyone there! As for the bike, i'm very excited as this bike is everything i was looking for in an ebike...but icy conditions up my way haven't given me much opportunity to ride. Looking forward to a snowy ride shortly and will further update.

Love my M2S Bike! The delivery was delayed. Communication from the seller was very good. I had a question about the blue light on the battery and emailed support. They got back to me within 24 hours. The blue light on the battery means that the battery is charged and ready to put back in the bike.

Amazing Customer service.
Bikes are sized larger then most. Got a Medium and still feels a bit on the larger size.
Ease of use and the ability to adjust the power output and settings makes these bike even better

M2S puts out a apparently high quality product; decent price for the high quality components used. An actual live knowledgeable person answers the phone and was very responsive to any questions or changes requested. Only negative was the long delivery time of over three months (although supply chain problems effected most companies across the economy in 2021).

With the help of the video assembly instructions the bike is easy to assemble. My first ride will be up a snowy canyon with it being middle of winter but that is one reason I bought this bike. It’s awesome!
