Always a pleasure to deal with

Great riding bike lots of power zoom zoom

very comfortable, I'm a 70+ male and I need all
the cushion I can get. This one fits the solution.

Great bike, rides wonderful. It was the 1st time ive been on a bicycle in several years so it took some getting used to.The bike is large and heavy, 65 lbs, but so am I 6ft1 150, so it fits great. So far the battery is doing great, long running time and great on the rolling hills and greenways we have hear in Roanoke Va. Really hoping to get a spare battery if they go on sale. Really want the 21 amp one.Anyway great bike, having a blast on it and of course the customer service was top notch. Thanks a lot guys, Mike Reed

Support service was so friendly and helpful . With my throttle issue

Love the bike but tires are too tall ! I’m 5-10 and can’t stand flat footed over cross bar except for that it’s great

Great bike

Quick test ride in cold back yard proves promising

Amazing bike!

I really like the bike,it's fast and powerful, the only issue I had was the bike shuts off randomly out of nowhere think it's a problem with the battery ,sending it off for testing if not for that I would say 5stars

M2S Bikes is a very professional business. They are prompt when getting back to me for questions regarding my Scout that I purchased in 2020. I love riding my ebike!

Excellent service!

easy build and fun to ride - adjusted the speed and it good to go!

With the shortage of bicycle components during this time, it's nice to be able to go to M2S and get needed parts.

I don't often leave reviews, but I felt that M2S did such a great job at delivering a great product at a fair price.

I have used the HT 750 for hunting and trail riding and it is a great entry level bike! If you expect this to be an electric dirtbike you may be disappointed. This is still a mountain bike and some peddling will be required on most hills. What I love about this bike is that it makes you feel like super man. I am able to tackle most reasonable hills with minimal peddling while carrying all of my hunting gear. And while on flat land you can cruise throttle only even loaded down, or set the pedal assist to your desired level.

I have since switched to the Ultra HT as I was looking for even more power. It wasn't an easy decision to upgrade as the 750 HT would have done everything I needed at a very reasonable price point. The added fenders and utility rack that comes with this bike are a necessity for hunters in my opinion. The fact that they are included makes the deal even sweeter.

Look at other big name e-bikes and you will find much higher prices. Then you will have to buy the fenders and rack as add ons. This is generally because the other big name ebike manufactures have to cover the costs associated with utilizing the Hollywood Hunters to promote their products and the air time, etc on the big name entertainment channels.

I believe that M2S offers great products that compete with the other big name brands at a fraction of the cost.

And while I'm at it, I would like to mention customer service. I had a crank arm strip out on me mid season. Maybe it was a defect? Maybe it was poor install on my part? The world may never know; however M2S got me out a new crank in record time so that I could get back into the saddle. M2S has always answered any questions I have had quickly. I can safely say they have some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with. M2S if you read this keep up the good work!

I bought this bike for my wife. She is only 5 ft tall and this bike fits her perfectly. So far she loves it

wrong size sent. Very helpful regarding return and getting the correct fenders
