All Terrain R750 HT
Shipped and arrived exactly when it was supposed to. Staff at M2S bikes was very knowledgable and helpful in helping me determine differences between the different models, and in helping me determining which bike was best suited for my needs. Thanks M2S Bikes!!

My wife and I purchased one bike in May of 2021. Can’t wait for camping season this year to explore places with our new bike.

M2S Electric Bike Battery
Purchased a FS ultra about a year ago and have enjoyed riding on local Los Angles trails. Bike handles excellent with great suspension and power. I would recommend for anyone wanting in a mountain ebike.

Battery Service/Trade-in/Inspection
I had called M2S because I had a minor issue with the battery. The guys were excellent setting up a return, service, and quickly delivered it back to me. They even called to let me know what they found as they were repairing it. I love the bike, an Ultra, and M2S is an amazing company.

All Terrain R750 HT
There were a number of unforeseen complications with assembly and shipping. The customer service could not have been any more friendly, responsive or accommodating. I actually talked to a live human, who subsequently called me back three times to make sure everything was taken care of. The bike is fantastic. I highly recommend the product and the company.
