These fenders fit perfect, like custom for the Phatmoto All Terrain Fat Tire 79cc 4 stroke bike. Very happy for the wait, will recommend to anyone who needs fenders for this brand.

It was a warranty replacement part. I did have to call and get assistance to install the new part.
Ryan was great giving me advice on how to replace it.
I will say this. You should put a notice attached to the controller. Please remove your batter before you start to replace this controller. The problem I was having was the wires were jammed in the down tube of the bike. So I was trying to pull the wires out of the down tube with needle nose pliers. They came in contact with the frame. I almost got the you know what shocked out of me. Thankfully I was using insulated tools.
Holy Crap scared the heck out of me.

When the bike arrived it had a bent front brake rotor and the derailleur was pushed into the spokes. It’s since been repaired and the bike functions flawlessly.

I am enjoying my new bike, takes time to get used to it having never ridden an E bike. Only problem is the front and rear brakes are very squeaky.

We recently purchased the All Terrain Scout from M2S Bikes. When the bike arrived from shipping we noticed that the fender retainer clip was broken. I reached out to customer support and they promptly sent me a new part in the mail. Once installed My wife really enjoyed her first ride on the bike. We will be using the bike more often now that the weather is getting better.

l ordered an all terraine scout in late January, 2022. lt arrived one week later(North Carolina to Oregon). Packaging was good, box was not beat up. Upon un boxing, it appeared with some scratches on rear rack, and the display mounting bracket had one leg broken. I emailed M2S the evening it arrived (7pm eastern time). Early next morning, I had an email from them. They sent me more than enough (very generous!) to buy a black paint stick to repair the damage, and I didn't even ask for it. They also sent me at their own cost a new display bracket.These are the reasons you buy a well built and equipped bike with quality components from serious and dedicated people. The scout is an excellent bike and the company is just as excellent. If you want a lifetime bike, buy it from these folks. Paul.

I have thought a lot about whether I want to write a review. I will say I love the bike and love the mid drive motor. Tons of power and a very fun ride.

My issues came in the delivery. The bike was very beat up in shipping. I was not impressed with the packing and I honestly didn’t know UPS would deliver. It looked like it had been dropped several times. The plastic piece holding the front forks was completely destroyed and in pieces. There was oil everywhere.

I had to replace the fork cartridge, I also needed to have the rear brake bled. I also had the inner tube pop at 25 PSI. There is also cosmetic damage that I didn’t ask to be resolved as I plan on riding the bike and expect much worse.

To the credit of the folks at M2S they offered without my asking to credit me for the inner tube and the brake bleeding. They also sent me the parts for the shock. I felt like a pain trying to get things resolved but they did get everything resolved and I am enjoying the bike.

If I had it to do over I’d have paid for the on-site delivery and set up and suggest that’s what you do. I am very handy but bleeding bike brakes requires several specialized tools.

Given we are dealing with a lot of pandemic related issues I appreciate the follow up and resolution.

Awesome company. Easy to deal with. I had a long list of questions due to my shipping location, and other issues and restrictions due to the fact I don’t reside in the lower 48. They were able to accommodate all my needs to set me up with a bike and a spare battery. The bike came well packed and easy to unbox and assemble. They have easy to follow videos on their website with instructions for assembly if needed. The bike itself comes ready to be ridden as a class 2, which will work for most regular commutes. I like the multi tool included with the bike. If anything, maybe a tube of grease for the pedals is the only thing I could have used that was not included. Overall , excellent experience all around.

Smooth ride, fast! Easy to control on snow. Financed through United Midwest Bank for no interest if paid in six months. Shipped without a scratch.

This is a very sturdy and well built bike. Fairly lights as E bikes go. It’s a very cool looking bike as well that turns heads but I cannot give it 5 stars. It could be a five star bike (for the price of course) by the factory making some minor changes.

1. The acceleration from stop is way too slow. I almost fall over trying to get going. It’s a tall bike. If you forget to down shift when you come to a stop at a busy intersection, you better give yourself plenty of time and space to get going again.

2. At higher speeds the motor really performs well. The bike really jolts forward when when shifting up on pedal assist levels. This is nice but it’s really not necessary at those speeds to have that much torque. This really burns watt hours on the battery and takes away from your range.

3. Needs to be shipped with an adjustable neck. This is really a minor complaint but if your more of an upright rider you will never get comfortable without buying a new adjustable neck to raise the handle bars.

4. The 36t sprocket is too small. I switched to a 46t and it is much better at higher speeds while still giving plenty of pedal power in the lowest gears.

Everything else about this bike is excellent for the price range. The brakes work really well and the bike is fun to ride once you get up to speed. It just needs a few tweaks to get a 5 star rating in my opinion.
