Love this bike. At 60 don't like to be stuck in house and I paddle with assistance it's like the best work out. Watched great video to put together very easy had bike in office watched video rewind when needed. Staff answered questions about battery and getting new seat. Wonderful people.

So far, so good. Purchased this for my girlfriend after I have had the AT750 for about 3 years (great bike). We biked about 25 miles on hilly dirt, gravel, and pavement in Cade’s Cove TN. Bike did well and had 3 bars of battery when we finished (using pedal assist levels 2-4 throughout).

The build appears to be very strong. Only put about 20 miles on it so far because of the weather. Looking forward to putting several hundred miles on it this spring and summer.

When I revived the bike first thing i noticed the handlebars were off set? could not miss that on assembly and most bolts were loose.
On my first short ride front break started squealing badly, returned home to find the front tire came loose, I did check that before riding.
I did try a short trail ride, very rough, needs to be on a well groomed trail. Bike seems well built we see how it holds up

Shaughn helped with a broken part replacement for the fender which happened during shipment. We received the part in three days. The review from website and our sons talking about the service was right on!!!

Our two Son's purchased the M2S bikes and for our daughter-in-laws as well, so after test riding their bikes we fell in love with the ebikes, so we made our purchased of two. M2S process from shopping to ordering, watching all the videos on what would be expected of us as owners to maintain and enjoy the bikes was a breeze which made the whole process easy. Shaughn Zaleski was very helpful in answering questions for both my wife and I, plus Shaughn helped with a broken part replacement for the fender which happened during shipment. We took our bikes on a Valentines camping trip and enjoyed them!! Look forward to lots of rides and years to come.

Love the bike. Very well made. Quality! I've owned Rad, this is a step up. My only complaint is no guide or a manual to review. Everything else 5 star
