Bike is great, delivery was great EXCEPT did not come as shown with the rear bike rack. The guy putting the bike together said there was no rack but I ordered the bike as pictured and a rear over-the-tire rack assembly. I now have had to order another one .. but, on a possibility note, my sons loves the bike :-)

I purchased this product when purchasing the bike. I did not receive it in the box as I was told that all items was in the box. I did have difficulty when trying to receive this item. After receiving the item it did charge. I have not used the battery yet.

It's a great charger! My only wish is that it had the ability to lock onto itself/the bike so that the bike could be charged in public areas without risk of theft.

Customer service with M2s is always top notch. Will continue to recommend and do business with this company.

Reviewing an HT750 with a 21 AH battery upgrade. This thing is a beast. I bought primarily for elk scouting and game haul-out in Colorado, but I’ll easily find uses for it on my barrier island in Florida. Hello? Beach?

Ordering: Sales rep tried to sell me the Ultra Series instead, saying that the Ultra was the favorite of elk hunters. I got his points, but cost and lack of daily usage were critical factors, and I didn’t see the value added for me in the roughly 1500 dollar pricier model.

Delivery and Assembly review:
Shipped by tractor-trailer. The delivery driver called me and didn’t want to go into my neighborhood due to the extremely tight turns and I understood completely. We transferred the box to my SUV on a wider street a few blocks away.
Packaging was good, no damage to exterior of box or bike inside. I was missing the 3-in-1 rear rack bags that I’d ordered, but “panniers” were listed on the shipping document.
Contacted M2S via e-mail. They said the bags were back-ordered. Okay. It would have been nice for the shipping documents to reflect that.

Assembly was quick, using the online videos. My biggest beef was minor - the pedal marking location for Left and Right did not match the video, so I looked at the threads to figure it out, but I also found the L-R markings elsewhere on the pedals while I was assembling.

Bike performance:
I took a six-mile test ride on our local linear trail, alternating between Class 1 and Class 2 usage. Overall, very smooth. As some other reviewers have mentioned, in Class 1 or 3 mode, riders need to treat it like a regular bike when stopping and shift back down to a low gear. There is a little lag in the motor kicking in, and depending on your electric assist setting, you won’t be getting that much extra torque anyway. I don’t consider this a design flaw – it’s just the way things are, and riders need to train themselves. If using the Class 2 throttle-mode, not so much! Power is coming straight off the rear hub, and response was good, and I thought very linear in its progression.

A few days later, my visiting sister was riding it on the linear trail while we scouted for birds and alligators. She was still in recovery from foot surgery and the electric assist really helped her out. She’s not a huge cyclist, but she adapted to the electric drive features of Class 1 and Class 2 within a few minutes. She actually preferred pedaling in Class 1 mode, as it gave her much needed exercise without bothering her foot.

The back-ordered panniers arrived a week and a half after the bike. Look nice, good construction. There may very well be 37 liters of volume, but it’s chopped up into several compartments. Deer quarters? Maybe… I’ll design my own strap system for elk. Hunting buddy rode it for several miles, and observed that the rear hub motor was no louder than some $7500 bikes we've rented before.

I’ve decided that I will also order the side view mirror and Evo Cruiser saddle, even though the standard gel saddle is pretty darned comfortable. If I don’t like how the cruiser saddle feels on this bike, I have other bikes to apply it to, and if I like the cruiser saddle, I have a bike for the standard gel saddle as well.

So far mileage is 25, based mostly on four trips with three riders , a little asphalt and mostly dirt / sand / grass surface. Instrument screen finally dropped to 80% battery power. Sounds great, but then this is a barrier island with a max elevation of around 35 feet. When I get it to the Rockies, I expect I will be very happy that I upgraded to the 21 AH battery.

So far, very much worth the money.

Needed a E-Fat bike for Winter commuting & non winter trails. Bike was pkg'd great. Assembly was easy & fun. Will get me an air shock pump. Only been out once, but with 12 sensor cadence, nothing but SMOOTH operations thru pedal assist stages. At 10-15 tire psi, it worked well on roads with hard pack snow, snow slush. Think I'll enjoy it all yr round. Especially next winter, leaving my car parked, and doing chores at -20F to -30 and snowing.

This bike is my first ebike,I didn't have the chance to try other bikes,but watched and read 1000s of reviews over months before making a decision. This bike met the specs and mechanics that I wanted for the price,my only regret is not getting the full suspension,if your gonna ride off-road alot,pay the extra and buy the full suspension. Other then that the bike is well built and suitable for on and off roads/trails and moderate hills.Also I got the 21amphr.battery and would highly recommend..

I purchased the All Terrain HT last month and have really enjoyed the bike. At the time of purchase the highest amp hour battery available was 19, really wanted the 21. Now the 21 ah battery is available and am disappointed that you can not trade up. My suggestion to new buyers if you want the larger battery for your new bike and it’s not available at the time, wait until it is. You want regret waiting. This is the reason for the four stars on the rating.

I wanted to add a picture with the rear rack installed to show the turkey hunting setup. Great tool for hunting and covering ground!
