Outstanding support, M2S is great, can't wait till I purchase my third (3rd.) M2S bike, just send us some M2S his and her X-Large shirts, we will proudly wear them all over for a great advertisement. M2S is the way to GO.
Thanks M2S,

Love it. perfect in every way except I wish it had the capability to take a larger amperage Battery. Have not rode it yet. Waiting for the sloppy snow to go away so I can ride on our dirt roads here in Stanley Idaho

The bike is wonderful. It is built incredibly well, and very "cool" looking. I was looking at bikes from many other companies and came back to M2S because of their reputation for great customer service. Their customer service is exactly that, great! Although it was somewhat a surprise that shipping was not included in the purchase price, I would pay the extra any day for the great customer service, the way the bikes are packaged and shipped, and the superior quality of the bikes compared to other bikes in the same price range. Thank you M2S. We will enjoy the bikes for years to come!

M2S Electric Bike Battery
Everything was great except I ordered in November and did not get it until April! No one reached out to me until I emailed them. It was an expensive order almost 1300. I feel they should have been reaching out with updates. I almost canceled the order. 5 months is a long time to wait. It should have been told up front it would be a five month wait.

Replacement Wheel Options - Rear Hub R750 Series
My rim bent and they were very prompt to help me with a new ones. Even when they sent the wrong rim, I have a sport model, which the tires are 3 inches instead of 4. They quickly sent A new one. Thanks to all the team and Jeff for all the back and forth.

Love it! Sort of prefer the higher power motor on my husband’s bigger model but it’s wonderful overall. Thanks!

Great e Bike. Powerful with good range at level 5 of 9. Dakota and Dan were great at customer service. Able to ride 40 miles with charge to spare. The chain guard could be better, caught my pant leg twice while riding. Now use rubber band on my pant leg. Brakes squeaked out of box and Dan provided solution to correct.

Excellent bike! I took it out for the first time yesterday. I set it to assist level 4 (out of 9) and cruised at 16.5 miles/hr. I rode for 3 hours and did about 33.4 miles. The battery was only down to about 55%. So glad I took the chance and bought it!
