I love everything about this bike so far. User friendly. I had extensive surgeries on a hip, all muscle related and this bike has helped me get moving again without over using my hip.

Adjustable Stem
The wrong size part was sent. Ordered a long ebike stem and received a shot one. I was lucky it worked for my wife's bike. Gave 3 stars because of wrong part but it turned out ok.

What a great experience!
M2S folks, from the first visit to your website, to speaking with patient and knowledgeable representatives on numerous occasions, to our finally deciding on two M2S E-bikes (I decided on the All Terraine 750, wile my wife chose the same model, only Step Through", it has been a perfect experience. We also ordered the optional, higher amp batteries and the Kitzuma assembly and delivery service and were so glad we did. The bikes were hand delivered to our home and already assembled and tested by the representative. They were securely mounted in a specialized Sprinter Van and thoroughly gone through before hand off by a great tech who walked us through the operation of each part of the bikes.
I noticed a small glitch on the control pad and after calling M2S and explaining my concern, another pad was sent the same day. Talk about Customer Service!!!
Bottom line, congrats to the great folks at M2SYou hit the ball out of the park with these bikes.
Sincerely,
Jack & Jan McGowan

All Terrain R750 HT
Control unit went out. Service department worked with me over the phone to diagnose and promptly shipped new replacement parts for free. Also sent a free return shipping label so they could diagnose the issue with the old part and work to improve it. Great customer service.
