very impressed by quality and packaging. Battery range is more than expected. Only negative i have which i corrected, is the kickstand interfers with your heel while peddling. Made an extension bracket and moved it back 2 inches problem solved.

Well, I have to say this bike exceeded my expectations to say the least. My Main use is for deer hunting, and heres what I can tell you. I was able to get 28.5 miles and 4hrs of usage on my first charge. I put it thru a robust trail system near my house and it handled the steap terrain with ease. I love the auto headlite and visual speedometer. The basket in front handled my 20lb backpack and the rear rack is great for attaching my equipment. The only attribute I didn't like was the handle grips which I changed to comfort grips. The bike was very easy to assemble because of M2S prep before shipment. Although my fenders had some scratches it didn't take away from the great performance this bike offers....

Bought the scout for my Wife, that size was best suited. the bike showed up shortly after the expected delivery date. just like some of the other reviews it would have been nice to have written assemble instructions but we got through it. I had a minor issue with the adjustable stem for the handlebars, more than likely self inflicted due to lack of installation instructions. They sent out a new part ASAP. The Bike is awesome, better than expected, more power than anticipated with rear hub motor and long battery life.

I bought the Scouts for our wives to accompany us on jobs. We have a couple of big heavy mid drives that we use for getting our drone equipment into remote areas, they are just too much for 2 petite ladies. I have ridden the scout for about 10 miles while the ergonomics are not for me it is solidly built and all of the controls are good.While I was on the scout I'm able keep up with my partners. The ladies love them have no problem going anywhere our 1000w mid drives do. Their battery life is very good and will outlast our 21AH. They are a complete hit and get used all of the time.

Very well made, an impressive machine! If everyone’s bike is packaged and shipped like mine, you need to update the assembly instructions in your online manual. The first step is not relevant, my handle bar came assembled to the headset end cap, and in fact the handlebars hide the access hole for the hex bolt to secure the headset and bars. I’m glad I noticed the gap in the headset to ball bearings with the handle bars in place so I went looking for a bolt. Also, the hex key on the provided tool barely reaches to the bolt, but thankfully I have a good series of Allen wenches and found one to fit.

After much deliberation with myself and realizing the kind of riding I do now I decided on purchasing a R750 HT -STEP THROUGH- model from M2S. This is the model with the 24" Fat Tires. I found that the 24 inch tires on this model look and run quieter than the 26 inch fat boys..!!
The bike is everything I expected and I'm having a 'ball' riding it almost on a daily basis. I highly recommend this model to anyone that may have trouble swinging a leg over a fully framed machine. (For me it's maybe because of my being a 78 year old??) So if they are still available (check them out on the web site or call M2S) to pick one up. You won't be disappointed..!! This model is built a little lower than their other models.
PS. DON'T FORGET TO READ all the info that they have on their bikes ON THEIR WEB SITE including the procedure on how to put your new bike together and how set it up and maintain it properly to keep it operating smoothly for a very long time.

So far I’m giving it a 4 star. Easy to assemble. Customer service is great. On a hard surface the thumb throttle gets you about any where you need to be. On a grassy or softer surface it seems to struggle a bit. I bought it for hunting so I’m trying not to use the peddle assist
