Love the bike. No issues with her, just tons of fun. Durable and i feel sturdy riding her. Customer service has been very good also. All the way from the day i ordered the bike and throughout the entire process including getting a extra battery.

Beautiful machine! I'm very happy with my new bike but there are a couple things I would recommend to new buyers. This is a really big bike! I am a 6'2' tall man so as always I do, I ordered the largest size. Now after riding it, I wish I had bought a smaller one and also a step through. I'm 67 y/o and although I consider myself in pretty good shape, it's a struggle for me to get my leg over the frame. Hopefully with more use I'll be able to use the peddle to step up and leg over for a rolling start but not yet. The only problem I had was putting the handle bars on as I just couldn't get them to fit with the cables seeming to be too short? A quick call to the service people straightened me right out. The bars had twisted around once and I simply followed the very helpful guy's instructions which solved my problem. Also there was one handlebar mounting screw missing but two days later a package came in the mail with two screws after letting him know. So far I'm super excited to enjoy many hours riding my new bike! Thank you for your kind and helpful assistance with my issues!! I've already told a few people about your products and will continue to do so!

We just bought a second bike this is the best bike on the market.

We bought this bike for my 70+ yr old wife to enjoy, and she does. What has also happened is that a granddaughter has asked to try it and is in love with it. Rugged but attractive and functional. Great power when needed and solid control on the road or a path. We expect many years of exercise fun with her M2S.

This bicycle is just what I needed, as a 5'3 woman none of the 26-in mountain bikes fit me, this one is perfect! I can now ride with my family on any terrain and carry everything I need for my kids.

Awesome bikes! Easy to put together out of the box. I would have liked better instructions on their website on settings for the display and how to change modes.

This bike is a wonderful bike! Already have over a hundred miles on it! Highly recommend it! One suggestion would be to have a bit better instructions for putting it together. The second suggestion I would have is for detailed instructions/information regarding the bike computer. What do all the different settings mean and what do they do if you change them in regards to performance, battery life etc.

I bought a R750 for my wife and myself. The service and delivery were prompt. The bikes are very well made. The assembly process was fairly easy using their online guides, how to videos and help desk. I did extensive research before deciding what company to buy from and we are very happy with our purchase. We are in our 60’s and these bikes let us ride anywhere with the confidence of not worrying if hills will be too difficult. I highly recommend M2S bikes!

Very nice quality, powerboat finish is perfect along with aluminum welds.

I’e had the bike for a couple of months now and am really enjoying it.. It’s very well built and the electric motor works great - very smooth and responsive. M2S customer support is excellent. I highly recommend this bike - it’s a lot of fun to ride.

The rack I received is different than the one in the M2S images online, the bracing is beefier and it's rated for 55 pounds (25kg) instead of 25 pounds. My bike has the XL frame and 29" diameter wheels, and the rack is adjustable to fit even that tall a bike.

While the rack comes with mounting hardware, my only niggle is that I didn't need the spacers at the bottom, but still had to use them on the outside of the rack frame because the mounting screws are very long to accommodate the spacers. Adding a couple of shorter M4x1 screws would have been perfect and I'll be visiting Home Depot soon.

Very pleased with the bike and even more pleased with customer service! I had ordered the 750 and a rack. The bike arrived but unfortunately there was no rack. Sent an email and they had one shipped within 12 hours! Very good experience! No complaints!
