I bought a pair of these and really put them to the test at the Cuchara Mountain park. We made it to the mid way of ski hill on the 'service road' using a combination of riding and walking using thumb throttle.
I slowly rode down the double blues with confidence. (There are a lot of bumps that the snow covers)
My wife, who the bike is a little big for (5'6") walked down till we hit the cat track out.
On dirt roads, their intended purpose, they pulled us along with no issue. We even were able to find a pas speed that was appropriate for our dog.
The racks are solid. Hauled a drone, ipad , and raincoats very well up hill. I also tied a short handled axe and did a two mile loop. no rattle.
The fenders rattle a bit. The rear can be quited with bungy around the rack.
They rode perfectly with the front wheels hanging off the upright tailgate of my Tacoma. A 40 gallon tote fit in between the bikes perfectly creating a very secure load.

I love it, definitely 5 stars, I am assuming my problems are because I am not mechanically inclined and it's still summer which makes me sick. I do have an issue with the headlight not working, I emailed M2S and they suggested checking the harness cables, but everything is connected fine. I will take it in to my local shop I think. Also my front wheel became squeaky after a week of daily riding, I have read this is due to loose front bolt.

Awesome bike! Everything works great... But I was shocked to see that they put 4.00 tires on the bike instead of the 4.50 wide tires? Rielly said he would pay me $50 for the mistake in stead of sending me the right Tires... Still waiting for the money. Also they put the wrong large sprokit on the bike... If you look close -up @ the cluster you will see if they did it to you as well. he did not want to send me the right sprokit that I payed for. Just not right...
