I purchased a different bike from you and am really pleased with it. This is my first ebike so it has been a bit of a challenge for this 76 year old to figure out the setting of the forks and the display but I am managing. The only thing that would’ve made it better would have been an operating manual. I’ve been able to get slowly acquainted with it’s operation and YouTube videos have helped a lot. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing the R750HT and believe it has the most to offer for the price. It was packaged very well and arrived without a scratch. Telephone assistance was excellent in helping me with this purchase.

I bought an All Terrain FS Max. There were no instructions included with the bike for assembly. I eventually found a video for the All Terrain R750 HT that I used to assemble my bike. There was no video for the All Terrain FS Max. I eventually figured out that I had to remove a black plastic tab between brake discs before I could install the front wheel in the forks. The bike display on the All Terrain FS Max does not resemble the bike display on an All Terrain R750 HT. I eventually figured out how to use all the features of the bike display for the All Terrain FS Max. Fenders would have been nice on the bike.

Bought this bike for my 70th birthday, best gift to myself ever!
So I have had it for two weeks, and get excited every time I get to go on a ride. I am averaging about 45 miles per charge. I only use assistance when I am going uphill. So I never have to get off and walk my bike uphill. And when I ride with my grand children, I wait for them at the top of the hills. Makes me feel like I'm in my 20's again.

The 750HT is a great value..I have had it a week and 1/2 on roads, paths, switch back single track trails and up to about 7500' elevation so far! It is quite, the battery goes great distances, and the throttle boast is nice on those tight switch backs. I sold my 16yr old road and mtn bikes that have been collecting dust. This ebike is a beast and it is getting me out again every day and YES I am getting a good workout too!

Love the bike and its a joy to ride. My friend bought a Gravity electric mtn bike the week before and is now regretting his choice. Love the color display that came on the bike.Shipping was very fast.

Called M2S about some issues with a couple of my ebikes. We trouble shot the problems over the phone. I ordered the pieces suggested. Problems fixed. They answered the phone and resolved my problems very fast. Great company and products!

Love the bike, it is my second bike. Ordered the second for my girlfriend. This was supposed to come with a heavy duty cargo rack with a tail light. Instead they shipped the bike out with a replacement that was a lesser rack than what I ordered. They agreed to send me the correct rack and the taillight that integrates with the headlight. Got the correct rack yesterday. No taillight! Great bike ...terrible customer service.

Bought it an year back June 2019.
- Rode 3k+ miles
- Rode in NY winter & summer

Pros:
- Almost everything is an experience with this bike
- Best investment for short distance commute (10miles one way is good).
- Easy and minimal electric controls
- I have an R500, but it packs a punch.

Cons:
- Battery could have an improvement, but given the power consumption by bike, can excuse that. Charges up a bit slow.
- Unless you know how to handle a patch-kit, punctures are costly
- Frame light could be brighter
- Could include some cheap fenders, they are generall not shipped.

Remarks:
- Great value for tech in the prices quoted. Probably all round best in market, I did my research before i bought it.
- Heavy bike itself is a deterrant against stealing, invest in good locks.
- Invest in bright lighting for night time riding (flashing lights better)
- In undulating terrain, brakes wear out fast, if you don't enforce a good breaking habit, they may wear out in 3-4 months, that happened with the stock brakes.
- If riding in winter, invest in an upgrade of teflon brake chords, on especially cold nights, the brake channel froze up.
- Invest in a good helmet with crumple zone, may be expensive.

Caution:
- The bike is powerful, important to be very careful on road.
- Ride defensively, and abide by traffic lights and rules on the road
- Wear layers of protective clothing, especially in winter.

Good investment for commuting.

Great bike, runs smooth, easy to handle.
