Great bike--I ride everyday 15-20 miles

Great bike and fast

This EBike is all I expected it to be. Weight and tire size contributes to slower off the line move, but the throttle gives an extra boost when needed. Performance on bicycle trails is great. One reason I bought an EBike is to reduce the challenge of hills. The electric assist takes the grunt out of peddling uphill. Sitting on the saddle is very comfortable. I give you a TEN for ease of purchase, for ease of assembly as best ride ever.
July 24 was my 74th birthday. I completed a 37 mile ride in the morning. Battery received a full charge. A second 37 mile ride was completed in the afternoon. A total of 74 miles, one mile for each birthday.

I love my bike. Have had it for a few weeks and its been reliable so far and sturdy.

It was great to get a real human being on other end of the phone, but I ordered parts over a month ago and still haven't received them.

This M2S R750HT fat tire bike is one of the coolest things I've owned. It is a blast to ride and allows me to go much farther distances while still getting a great work out. It is almost like have a bike, moped and dirt bike combined into one vehicle. The shipping was excellent as I am in CA and everything was in excellent order. Love this product and company!

I should have bought this sooner… it helps me sit up a bit on longer rides. I can ride longer with no back pain. Great product

I give the boards five stars! Nothing fancy but great little boards! The customer service I have to give one star. It took two weeks and two emails before they were actually shipped out. Which would be understandable under COVID times but they apparently didn't even see my order until I emailed them to ask what the status was. Then I had to pay an extra $50 before they even shipped them because their website didn't calculate the shipping correctly. The whole ordering experience seemed pretty ridiculous and unnecessary just for a couple of paddleboards but hopefully other customers have a better ordering experience than I did!

They are both one size to big lol. The XL is huge and the large is even big on me and I'm 6'. 185lbs.

I have yet to be able to use them.... but they look great. Can't wait for the bike they go on....

The ordering process was great. However, UPS is a different story. I live in Wa state and as far as I can tell my part is in Honolulu still. It’s almost a week overdue.

Still waiting for the fenders that I ordered and paid for which were supposed to come with the bike but..... The tires on one of the bikes I purchased were flat because they had not been set in the rims properly. I was very very disappointed when I found that these bikes are made in CHINA and not in the USA which is what M2S leads everyone to believe. The only reason I purchased these bikes was because I wanted to buy AMERICAN. If I wanted to purchase CHINA made bikes I would have found bikes made just as well for a much cheaper cost. I should have paid the additional cost and purchased the Electric Bike Company bicycles. Please be honest in your website and indicate that these bikes are made in China.

Great bike at a great price

First Impression: The bike is extremely well built, good looking and solid. The step-thru version is still pretty high due to the 27.5" wheels and my wife struggles to get on and off the bike. The distance from the ground to the bottom of the "V" is 22". As a comparison, my Medium Fat Tire Bike step over is 27".

Installation: I will say that installation is a 2 person job since the bike is heavy. You can't just simply lift the bike frame and lower it onto the front wheel. It's just too heavy to do that. I found that installing the handle bars (at least partially) first made it easier to get the front wheel on. You will also have to install the front fender (without instructions) and adjust the front and rear brakes. There are plenty of YouTube videos out there on how to adjust the brakes and it is really simple.

Controls: The controls are well situated and very easy to use. It even comes with a bell. The computer is pretty self-explanatory and there are videos available to show you how to use it. I like that it tells you how much wattage the battery is putting out so you know how much assist you are getting. My wife is always trying to get it to say 0W so she knows she is maximizing her workout.

Comfort: As with most people, you may find the seat a little narrow and uncomfortable for long rides. Especially if you are used to a saddle seat like my wife was. Easy fix, I took the seat off her cruiser bike and put in on the stem of this bike. I used the post that came with this bike since the other post one was too narrow to fit this bike. Wasn't hard to do and only took a couple of minutes.

Ride: This bike rides like a dream. It is extremely nimble and agile. The acceleration is very quick and it is the perfect bike for cruising. We live in a relatively flat area and it is the perfect bike. My wife wasn't sure she would like the bike because she wants a workout, but she absolutely loves it. She always wants to go for rides and finds a setting between gears and battery assist that gives her the perfect workout.

Battery Life: We've had this bike for a few weeks now and still haven't had to charge the battery (except for the initial charge). This is probably due to the way my wife uses it. However, she does use the accelerator at busy intersections, to catch up to me, etc. We are very happy with the battery life.

Overall: I would highly recommend this bike if you are used to a cruiser and want to mostly ride on roads and sidewalks. I have a fat tire version and it is much heavier, not as nimble and louder because of the tires. This bike is very easy to ride and is a lot of fun. I just wish they had them in stock because all my neighbors want one now.

I’ve had my R750HT a little over a week now and I’m quite pleased with my decision to go with M2S. The bike specs out quite favorably to its competition. I’m 6’2” and the large frame is the perfect size. The expected mileage is pretty much spot on to what they claim you can get from your battery before recharging.
I’m amazed at how much power the 750 watt motor gives you and I can easily run 15-16mph while pedaling with ease.
