I’ve had bikes all my life. This is one of the best bikes i’ve ever used. The 750 is well built and easy to operate. Great value and awesome customer service.

Great bike , had a minor technical issue in which M2S quickly addressed. Their technical support is very professional. I have had this bike about 10 months now and just bought a second bike from them.

New bike purchase battery upgrade
The wrong battery was sent, I specifically ordered the All Terrain scout battery, the one I received was longer. But, I contacted the customer service and Shaughn was great, I had to send photos of the wrong battery and he sent a return slip to send it back. When I sent him evidence of the UPS tracking then he sent the right battery (hopefully, it hasn’t arrived yet) So, 4 stars but could be 5, or could be 1 if the error is repeated. This was all done in one day…..thank you. I love my bike.

So far so good! My husband and I have not ridden bikes in over 20 years, so a bit of a scary thing to buy bikes we have no experience with nor ever even sat on!
Our conversations with those at M2S and the reviews we had read helped us take
the leap!
Had the bikes for over a week now, still learning about them and getting comfortable but feel we made the right choice. The fat tires were also the right choice for us as many of the roads around us are gravel so we feel much more in control. Also, my husband has MS and has balance issues, and the tires help him to feel much more connected to the ground and feel stable.
The make of the bikes seems to be thoughtful and well made.
We will use them both recreationally, and utility as they will be a means of transportation for us when we RV.
We are in our early 60’s, hope this brings new adventures for us.

Bike has exceeded expectations! Bike was securely packed, relatively easy to install, and, more importantly, is incredibly fun to ride. Thank you, M2S team.

A decent bike at a decent price hampered by factory defects and mediocre customer service.

Great bike for a great price. No issues from the set up through the first week of riding it. Made very well! I always get stop by people that want to know more about the bike and where to get one. Then I tell them the price and they can't believe it. Looks and feels like a bike that cost double the price. Very happy with my purchase!!
