I think these fenders could be a little sturdier, but they may be fine. I will know a little better after some ride time.
Nothing to do with quality of product, but I can not say enough about this companies customer support.I have called them several times with delivery problems (not any fault of theirs) and they have gone out of their way to help me. This is very important in todays trying times.

I really like my new bike. That's not to say I've haven't had a couple issues with it. There is a constant crackling noise from the front end of the bike, that even happens when just walking the bike out of my garage. The bike was scuffed up from shipping... nothing some flat black spray paint couldn't fix, though. I needed a new display bracket that was damaged. Customer service is excellent. They sent out a new one immediately. This bike is a head turner. I've been asked several times what it is, and have had people take pictures of it. I'd but another one, and just might.

Replacement Kickstand
The kickstand I noticed came off the bike at some point during my travels, I called M2S and the sent one out the next day no questions asked. I will say I noticed the screws that hold the kickstand on my other bike were loose, so I backed the screws out and put lock tight blue on the threads.

Received and assembled no problem. Box was beat up but contents we're safe inside. What I noticed firstly is that this thing is massive... I bought the medium And it is really heavy. I'm only 5'5 and 155 pounds. Although size S is not offered, I wish that it was.
The build quality send really good. The gear shifts are super precise, no rattling, shifting out of gears by itself, etc. Power is really good. Level 1 power on flat ground makes the bike feel like a standard pedal bike. This thing is so heavy that with power completely turned off, it's quite a chore to move even in flat ground.
On max power, I can pedal uphill with a trailer hooked up with my toddler in it. But I'm still pedaling, legs burning a little going 15mph.
I haven't gone trail riding yet... I suppose I will report back once I do. But right now it is too hot

Why not five stars? I bought the XL size and it's a very big bike indeed. Getting on and off is a little tricky for this old guy (I'm 76), but I expect to do better with practice! I wanted a rear rack, but they are on back order for now with no anticipated delivery time. I came late to the eBike party and M2S's stock was less than it had been earlier in the season when bikes with racks were available. It's just a temporary stock problem that occurred when I bought my All Terrain.
The bike is way more powerful than I imagined, and I set up the control system with some reasonable speed and battery current limits to keep this novice rider out of trouble. Riding a bike with 4" fat tires is also a new experience that takes a little getting used to.
My wife bought an All Terrain R750 too, but with the smaller step-through frame, as you might expect.
We're both looking forward to riding together this summer and fall.

Love the bike! Put on 80 miles in last week and a 1/2!!!! bought 16 amp. battery. Rode approx. 40 miles on full charge riding pedal assist mainly on 3. Still had one bar on bat gauge. Very pleased with the range. (I'm a BIG Guy) LOL!!! Was missing fender fasteners and tail light. Called M2S and were shipped out within the hour.. Assembly was fairly straight forward after I fiquired out I had to take out the spacer between the brake caliper to mount the front tire. Tail light Wire harness was too about six inches too short to rout wiring where I wanted to rout it. I just spliced in more wire.No problem for me but might be for someone else. Thought could of been shipped sooner. But understandable at this time. Overall very happy with the experience!!!!!
