Great upgrade for my 750. Easy to program and graphics are great

This is perfect for water bottle or beverage. Easy to install and easy to get a drink while riding

Awesome customer service!!!! Thank you for making my ebike work again!

The rear hub went bad on my wife's e-bike, almost a year into loving them. Got a hold of you guys and you sent me a new hub, at no cost. I installed the hub last night and we are up and running again. Thank you for wonderful service. Riley Cooper is the bomb. Boy or Girl?

Great value! Great support after my purchase.

It’s al good I got my parts .
The bike works good T.Y

Hands down BEST COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

A lot of fun to ride. Seems to be well made.

excellent costumer service , even though I might have had a bit of an attitude for a sec. there great

I really like the bike but there are some quality control issues. A. the front light doesn't work B. the wiring wouldn't allow me to assemble the handlebars without disconnecting the front brake wire. You'd think these issues would have been addressed before shipping.

He was happy just to have brakes again will get again thank you

The bike works awesome really enjoyable to ride. The light didnt work but it was just unplugged at the bottom of the frame up in the frame. Other then that it has made my hunting more enjoyable also.

Excellent Service

I'm only giving this 4 stars because there is good and bad. Overall the forks are what I was looking for, a direct replacement for the spring forks on my M2S Kush without changing anything else. The good part is they bolt right on without any problems at all. More good, they are much lighter than the original forks. Though my scale is not incredibly accurate it seems the original forks weigh in the neighborhood of 8 1/2 pounds where these new air forks weigh about 5 pounds. 3 1/2 pounds lighter is huge so that is good. More good, they have more travel. I was told they would have 100mm of travel. I let the air out and let them bottom out. I was surprised when I measured 120 mm. Now for the bad part. The price is incredibly high for what they are, and about $100 more than they are worth. You would think simple air forks like these without any compression or rebound adjustments at all would cost about $160 to $180 not the $250 they are charging for them, plus they charge an additional flat $20 shipping. They do have manual lock out but think about it, is that really important on an Ebike. I don't know about the rest of you but as for myself, I use the feature on regular pedal bicycles but never on the Ebike, it climbs just fine and smoother without it. So there you have it, 4 stars, a good buying experience and a better ride somewhat soured by the high cost of a simple basic air fork at a premium price of $270 delivered.

Great bike. Very impressed with build quality and service. Delivered when promised and aside from not getting the hardware on the accessory luggage rack, all was perfect. Can’t wait to start putting miles on this baby.

product was better than expected. assembled easily. charged quickly. plenty of power.

The light didn't come with mounting screws.
Other then that m25 has been GREAT to work with.
Love my m25 bike.

I’ve only gotten to ride it twice so far. I’m one of those big butt guys so I had to order a different seat. I was hoping for more of a cruiser feel to the ST. I also ordered a stem riser for the handlebars and the adjustable neck. I may have to change out handlebars too. Hope I can get it to fit me better because it looks like a great bike. I’d hate to have to sell it and start my search all over.

I can’t say enough about your customer service it is very great and the guy I talk to is awesome

M2S staff has been very responsive to all my questions prior to and after delivery. Bike arrived with non-working headlight. I troubleshot the issue and found it was a poorly connected wire in the downtube. I think this would have been a pretty major issue for someone without some mechanical/electrical skills which would have either required outside help or settling for a non-working headlight. Other than that, the bike is great so far.
