Had a bit of a glitch with my order. If you are doubting their support, try them out, it's as good as advertised. Everyone was awesome in correcting my problem. The bike itself is awesome!

I have 3 M2S bikes now and love them . My first was a large frame which seemed to tall for me so I bought a medium after discussing with sales person and a step thru for my wife . Let me tell you the medium and large are only maybe a half inch different . If you are under 5’11” get the step thru. In any event we are having a blast with them. These bikes are great. I had some issues with getting the disc breaks not to rub but love them.

After our first 30+ mile ride on our new bikes, we LOVE them. We can’t wait to do some desert trail rides!

It's much prettier than I expected! This bike is POWERFUL! It's also heavy. I had a little issue with the brake pads screeching but M2 suggested a light pad sanding and it did the trick. Appreciate the support and hope it continues as needed since this was an online purchase and there are no M2 service centers. Love the bike!

My Bike is amazing! Was very impressed when I opened the box and discovered actually how big and rugged it was! It took 6-8 weeks to get my bike since it was on back order, but it was well worth the wait! This is awesome! Looking forward to lots of time outdoors this fall hunting off my bike.

I am happy with my purchase. Only thing I have issues with is a noise in the front i cant locate

After extended research I went with M2S Sport 750. It has been a great experience. Only suggestion would be to have an option of seats. It was fine for a 10 mile ride, but that was when it clearly was too small for me. At 6 5 , I went with the extra large, and it is a beast. Battery life is great. Easy to assemble. Thank You !

I do not have a m2s bike so I took a chance when I bought the wheelset. Was a little excited about whether the wheel set would arrive all the way to Norway.
I wanted to have 2 sets of wheels that could be changed quickly.
A set for asphalt for work and a set for driving in the woods and snow.
I got what I wanted and am very happy.

Ordering was easy and the wheel set was quickly dispatched.
I bought the set with 8 gears and quick release.
The front wheel fit in my frame of 130mm. The brake disc came right in the middle between the brake pads just like on the original wheel.

The rear wheel did not fit in my 190mm frame.
There were 2 axles on the rear wheel. One of 12mm that goes inside a shaft / pipe of 15mm.
The 12mm shaft was 190mm + 5mm on each side resting on the frame. It was the way I wanted it.
The 15mm axle was about 198mm so I had to cut off 3-4 mm on each side so that the brake disc and gear were placed in the same place as on my original tire. It went well.
The tire that was on was very good to ride on but I replaced it with a Schwalbe super moto X 27x2.40 so that the bike is now silent and rolls very easily on asphalt.
I live in Norway so the price increased a bit on the way across the sea. From 417 to 753.

This was my first electric bike, and it has been a solid performer on road and off. M2S delivers on quality and support.

I’m 5’7 and opted for the medium size model, and have to say the geometry is really excellent. I spend many hours a week on the bike, and it is super comfortable.

Power and range are excellent, though I’m going to need an extra battery soon for longer bikepacking trips.

M2S support team are very friendly and responsive. I lost a fork cap on 2nd ride, and they shipped out a replacement right away.
