Very pleased with this bike. I much prefer the 29 plus setup. Provides combined all terrain and commuter capability. I plan to repurchase one of your full suspension bikes in the near future.
I am not sufficiently agile to use the step thru feature. The vee shaped bottom requires me to step too high.

Great customer support and prompt delivery

This is my second e-bike. I’ve been riding a sondors (the original kickstarter version) for several years and I fell in love with the e-bike world. I was ready for an upgrade to something more powerful, with a longer range and with a suspension… the M2s r750 HT is perfect! I ride it 15-25 miles every day both on and off road.

After extensive research on e-bikes, M2S e-bikes stood out more based on reviews, selections, price, and customer support. Once I received my bike, the user guide and video made it very easy to assemble. It took me less than 30 min. to assemble b/c everything was already assembled except for the front tire and handlebars as well as the seat adjustment. The All Terrain R750 HT is a beast and lives up to it’s performance. I am very satisfied with my decision and I highly recommend going with M2S.

First off, look at the frame people people. it has cut outs for the wires and the battery is half integrated. SO right away this bike has more design uff then your amazon wanna-bes. When it arrives, at least for me it is scheduled by the shipping line. This privilege out weighs the meager shipping fee for this bike. Order to delivery seven days.

So the freight delivery lefty me this solid cool box. Building it is trivial. My only issue with the build process was that the video platform they use for the instructional videos didn't allow me to chromecast to my large display. I know but like when everything else is so smooth this one tiny thing was the issue you know you are getting taken care off.

The ride? I'm 220lbs and the amount of power/speed that is has under only throttle scares me. As for range, I've yet to endurance test its but I went real world 30 miles real world and it was at 60%. Do note though the gauge only measures in 20% units so the measurements are exact.

Also note worthy for me is that I am a pain cause I have lots of questions about things, and their chat was always response and happy. So really if you a thinking for a a slightly cheaper bike on Amazon don't do it. If you are looking at other actual "bike shops" do the math and realize that the pricing here is the fairest.

The bike came with no damage. I appreciate the packaging that protected the bike. Assembly of the bike was very easy. I could not find a manual for the bike. The battery charger is very good. I was a bit disappointed in the power. I also have an All Terrain R750 so I am used to a lot of power.

So far I love the bike! The tires are a little cheap, the rubber is very soft and susceptible to punctures. They are also hard to seat when changing the tire.

Looks like the Bike was not properly assembled or completed. They have compensated me for the dent and scratched paint. I fixed the wiring myself. Tightened everything that was loose. The brakes are the biggest item now and OUR BIKE SHOP closed in our area due to Covid. This is my second purchase. The first purchase was great!

Received my bike 2 weeks ago and it was easy to assemble. Was missing a handlebar screw, but M2S responded promptly to my e-mail and sent me the missing screw within a few days. This is my first e-bike and after extensive research, I am very satisfied with the choice I made over the other e-bike companies. This bike is a beast!!
