I cant believe I waited as long as I have to buy one of these..After putting it together I rode about 10 miles and oh man did I have fun..From customer service who was very responsive to my questions as I had many being a beginner to the e bike world to the actual riding of my bike all was a very pleasant experience. I bought this to help me get back outdoors as I have Psoriatic arthritis which makes it very painful to move around...This will be a major tool of mine in the hunting game ..which is my ultimate passion..Thanks M2S!

New bike purchase battery upgrade
In the beginning it was a little rough to order a spare battery for my boyfriend as the person at support wanted the exact name of the bike even after photos I sent. But then I finally got someone who knew the bike and answered my questions. I ride my boyfriends bike and love it so much I am buying my own. Superbly made, a little heavy for me but all in all I love it!

I have had the bike for about 6 weeks now, I have ridden in Oregon, Idaho and Utah. I have put on over 500 miles so far. 1st e bike. it took a while to get used to the downshifting when riding on streets with stop signs. I get going fast and then have to stop and following instructions on starting off in the lowest power assist not a problem but getting the gear shifter down to a low gear to peddle took a lot of practice.
the bike is a blast in every way, i have stuck to mostly paved and mild backwoods riding, It is really built very well and with a complete set of bags I use it now instead of my car for shopping and most other errands.
I have hit 31.2 mph on the flat streets with full power assist and in 8th gear, really puts a big smile on my face. The company has been a pleasure to deal with.
