Amazing powe and smooth ride. So far I can go any trail I desire.

I love my M2S and I'm the envy of all of my e-bike friends especially because of the price! the bike looked a lot more cleaner and sleek than I anticipated. It is very well made. I guess there are lighter e-bikes but the look and ride overtake that one drawback by miles. I was vacillating between an e-bike or a scooter for the longest time and I'm so glad I got the e-bike primarily because I can still motor around town for errands etc. without wasting gas but with the e-bike I can also got real exercise. If I was going to give any constructive criticism it would be to clarify the minimal assembly instructions that are available on video. I'm not a big manual reader so the idea of videos were very appealing to me but I didn't find a video obviously labled for every part and it wasn't super intuitive like the tire assembly for example. I didn't find a video for that or the handle bar assembly and adjustment. We figured it out but it took more time than I had expected. Overall the customer service support and the quality of the bike diminishes any drawbacks at all. Thank you for making this product affordable and accessible.

Exactly what I needed!

The bike is great and the staff are very responsive. I looked at bikes for a long time before settling with M2S and am glad that I did. I'd recommend a M2S bike to anyone in the ebike market!

Fit perfectly! Fast shipping and great quality! I’m having a blast on my M2S R750!!! Over 1,000 miles now and going strong.

Like my bike could use a little more power when climbing steep hills .... other then that it’s Great...

This bike was the best two thousand dollars I have ever spent it’s worth three my opinion but one of the main things that i want to applaude was the shipping it was the best packaging I have ever seen and I work in that field in a warehouse outstanding shipping ! As far as my new bike I love it ride to work and back everyday 4.7 miles one way with my terrain takes 25 minutes I love my bike RAD who ?

Love these bikes. Bought this for the wife and found The ride better than my all terrain. I would of given 5 stars but programming was different and the use of the throttle use was also different. And I did find that assist levels would at times drop to zero without touching controls. I will update w/further use.

Hi there,
Actually, we didn't purchase the charger. Our old one was under warranty and you replaced it for us. We were very pleased with your response and delivery time. Thank You!

I got the R500, and love it.

I have been very satisfied with this bike. It arrived with no issues and assembly was easy, even for a newbie like me. I had to do a little adjusting to the brake pads to stop them from squeaking/rubbing while riding, pretty simple fix. I have put about 100 miles on the bike now with no problems.

My only complaint so far is that I would like to have a hard copy of the owners and users guide. The electronic version is OK here at my desk with my computer, but not good out in my shop/garage!

Hello
The bike is wonderfull. Wish I had rear shocks. It has plenty of power for what I do at 71 yrs young. Thankyou

Quite a bicycle. Really nice. Great team at M2S. Love it. Thanks

Great concept. Great design. Great choice if you are a bike guy and mechanically inclined. With no on-site service option, perhaps not as great for a casual rider allergic to tools.

Reilly has been a very responsive and accommodating service guy. Appreciate his efforts.

I lost the bottom part of my kickstand. I called M2S and the part was delivered in days! Follow up is great! Love my M2S bike!

Well built and nice handling bike.

Good seevice

The purchase process from M2S went great. I was presently surprised at the quality of packaging and the quality of the bike when I took it out of the box. Easy assembly. I have only ridden it about 5 miles, tons of power assist if needed, good stability on gravel paths and good suspension. The only thing I have noticed is some break chatter when the rotors heat up on down hill breaking however I am 63 years old and at max tested weight.
I am also amazed at the workout I get while actually getting somewhere. So far a big 👍. I got a good laugh when I couldn’t figure out what was on the right handle bar. I called M2S and was told it was a bell to notify people that your approaching. Still 😂.
