Love this bike! Super comfortable ride super fast and super easy to use! The user guide on the M2S site is thorough and very helpful.

M2S support is great, fast and knowledgeable. I have two bikes from them R750 and M600. I would buy another bike from them.

Easy install, however crank pull is required for access.

Everything I heard about this bike was right on! Pedals easy with assist turned off, brakes are solid, controls and shifter are smooth. Very nice bike. Shipping company was great, fast and no damage to bike. One pedal did not spin freely like the other, got on the phone to M2s and they shipped me new ones the next day! Will buy from you guys again

I think I might love this bike. I'm 43ya and 6'3 200lbs. Got the large frame and fits nice. Been riding, racing mtbs since 15 years old. The pedal assist is awesome! Ultra responsive, and you can dial up or down, depending on what kind of workout you're looking for.
As another reviewer mentioned, the crankcase is low, so if you are heavier, you will get pedal scrape. The rear suspension comes super soft, so you'll need a shock pump to add to it.I made the mistake of riding it too hard before pumping it up and it loosened the housing bolts so much they fell completely to the ground when I got off the bike. But m2s were good and are sending me new bolts. They seem to be pretty quick and helpful when needed! If only they gave you a free tshirt when you buy the bike! Come on guys, it's good advertising...
The battery test did well in my opinion. I used the crap out of the pedal assist for 30 miles on forest service roads and ended up with 20% batt power. With more frugal use I bet you can get 50 miles in.
Brakes and shifters are fine,love the lights and seat. And the odometer speedometer is nice.
If you got the dough, I can't see how you'll be disappointed. Twice as far,twice as fast, twice as Fun!

Would have given 5 but the bike shipped later than the sales rep said and there were some issues with the bike that I had to pay a bkie repair shop to fix. Overall I am happy with the experience and love the bike!

Working fine

I'm 83 years old and I love it! As I ride up the hill on my ride home around the neighborhood I feel like Superman! Years ago when I had my old touring bike I would often have to get off and have to push it up the last stretch but, no more!

One suggestion aside from how I like the bike. You folks should be pushing the accessories. I bought panniers and a lock for my bike and neither is really satisfactory. The bags don't fit on the rack properly and my lock is too small for the fat tires on my bike. Properly marketed and priced your could be adding $100 to your revenue from each bike and save your customers some time and money.

the box was damaged and the derailer seems to need adjustment.
the service representive was helpful and recommended that bike be taken to a bike shop for adjustment but bike shops are very busy and back logged.
