Based on only one 14 mile ride this morning, the 27.5s are nimbler in the turn, quieter on all surfaces and maybe faster on the downhills. I enjoy them but I also enjoy the fat tires. We have a lot of sand blowouts in the Ft Ord National Monument and that's where the fatties shine. The only unexpected thing was that a tire changeover requires brake and derailier adjustment. I did need to add 2 shim washers to each mounting bolt to get enough adjustment to center the disk. I should have expected the need for adjustments. I'm very happy with the 27.5s.but everyone should be lucky enough to have both sets of tires. Thank you Reilly and Shawn.

The thumb throttle is awesome, I use it often to get started from a standstill...makes for an easy get up and go! Have yet to make it to the beach!! Will update review then!

The team at M2S Bikes have been very responsive to my questions and needs. Shaughn helped me with my purchase of the Ultra Terrain on my 1st contact with the M2S team. He was very helpful deciding on my purchase. Some screws fell out of the handlebar monitor bracket during shipment. I was able to ride as there were enough screws for the monitor to be used. I took pictures of the missing screws and they noticed that I had made a mistake on assembling the handlebars. The screws arrived in 3 days and I fixed my mistake. I have ridden 440 miles since then. 2 weeks ago I had a stick flip up and catch in my spokes snapping off my derailleur and derailleur hanger nearly 4 miles into the Colorado Backcountry. It was a long walk of shame back to my Jeep. The new hanger arrived in a few days and my local bike shop was able to find a very scarce derailleur. They noted that I bent the chain and commented on the nice attributes of the bike especially that the rim and spokes were not damaged with this type of incident. I have been riding mostly gravel roads and double track rides of 15-23 miles with 30% or more power left in the battery. I do ride beginner and some intermediate singletrack routes although it can be hard to maneuver this weight bike in tight situations. It definitely has great power and range. I rode from Colorado's Echo Lake (approx 11,000 ft) to the top of Mt. Evans (14000 ft) for a ride of around 30 miles with power left on the battery. I normally use level 1-2 power setting with occasional level 3. Level 5 and throttle I reserve for fun, fast short rides. I purchased the extra 27.5 inch wheels for the summer which was a great purchase, a totally different feel from my fat tires. I did use the fat tires this spring for snowy trails and plan to ride the fats all winter in Colorado. This has been the most fun purchase that I have ever made.

It was easy to install and it was a perfect fit.

I bought two bikes. They run great and super easy to assemble. If you plan to assemble your own bike then Buy the high end assembly tool that they sell. Worth It.

The box came damaged because the de-railer came through the box. Also the front headlight does not work. But overall, the bike is fine.

M2S support is great, they will quickly help with any issues that occur, I would buy another bike from them.

Great bike and very fun to ride. My only complaints are that even after consulting the sizing guide I ended up purchasing a bike the is slightly too large for me. Also, this bike was a bit backordered so I didn’t get is as fast as I would have wanted. Given the year we are having though, that seems reasonable. All in all, I would and have recommended to a friend.

Great power! Has a great feel. Saddle is a bit uncomfortable but I just changed that out. Little noisy on uneven terrain. This is a concern of mine as I’m using it for hunting reasons. Overall a great purchase for me!
