WD: 2020 All Terrain R750 (Deposit)
It didn't ship with fenders and rack I ordered, but I did get them shipped separately. . A tail-light wasn't included in my order also? Nice customer service sent a tail-light out, said it was battery operated, but its an electrical connection which I'm not going to connect. The rear bolt holding disc brake rubbed against disc when I received it. I'm looking for instructions on adjusting brake pad to satisfy this issue. Overall, I am satisfied with my bike. 350 miles in three weeks. I'm 66 and feel like a kid.

All Terrain Ultra FS
Excellent ride, good power for climbing hills. Battery max range for me has been 20 miles, using peddle assist primarily. 5’11” with large frame is working good. Shipping packaging was very good and setup very simple. Interaction with M2S has been very good.

Stock Tires For M2S Bikes
The tires were fine - unfortunately I only received one of the inner tubes I ordered. Didn’t make a fuss about it. Otherwise would have been five stars.

New bike purchase battery upgrade
I purchased this battery so I could ride my bike while I sent back the original battery which had a faulty light. the support team has been so courteous and prompt in responding to my problem. I love my bike and this company. I have become a spokesperson for M2S as I get stopped all the time by folks wanted to know more about my cool bike! Thank you

They seemed like nice wheels, but they were the wrong ones for my bike. I had to send them back.

Mountains To Sea Inflatable Paddleboard
Loving these paddle boards. Light enough to hike them to isolated lakes and durable enough to bring my dog along.

This is honestly the best purchase I have ever made. I looked at every type of electric bike available on the internet this past March. I came to the conclusion this fat tire bike with a 750 watt Bafang motor, integrated/removable battery design, and great fat tires was the best choice. The competition prices this bike for over 4k. I walked into my local bike shop to oil my brakes and everyone in the store immediately wanted to know more about the bike. The price point of this bike is unbeatable. Great bike.

All Terrain R750 HT
My wife and I purchased, her a Step thru and myself a Large frame R750 HT
We did thing pre-order and waited for them to be shipped. And I am usually a pretty patience person, but after placing the order I was like a kid waiting on Christmas. And let me tell you, when they arrived the boxes were in great shape. And I couldn't wait to get them open and assembled. The assembly was a snap didn't take long at all, checked all the other fasteners and set the tires to 30 psi. So off we went to my brother's house.Just to show them off, well our first ride was a total of 24 miles with huge smiles. These bikes are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone and we do get stop by people just to see them. The battery usage has been super low with use intentionally try to get them to run down to 80% I have succeeded that once and my wife hasn't been able to yet. Now I must say we did upgrade to the 21ah batteries in our purchase. Our only complaint well two things actually 1 is the seat isn't the most comfortable for us

New to ebikes and have only had the 750 HT for several weeks. This was one of 2 bikes ordered. The bike is solid and the electrical components have been flawless and it has been a blast to ride. We had some bicycle component issues with the other bike but customer service was very quick to send any replacement parts needed.

New to ebikes and have only had the 750 HT for several weeks. The bike is solid and the electrical components have been flawless and it has been a blast to ride. My only knock is that I had a few issues with the bicycle components that I felt should have been addressed by a M2S QA checkout. Customer service was very attentive in sending the needed parts to replace.
