The kickstarter was easy and well done and I am extremely glad I went for it. My first mtn bike and I haven't ridden in almost 40 years. After delivery I did have to bring it to Claremont (NH) Cycle, 15 minutes from me in Windsor VT) as the 750 Sport came with the front brake cable misplaced around the front preventing installation of handlebar. They did a great job and I picked it up June 15th. Since then I have been out on the gravel roads of Hartland VT and River Rd next to Conn River in Cornish NH. The bike is fantastic and I still have a few things to learn. Did 13.5 miles this morning out in West Windsor VT and I'll keep at it. Not bad for me turning 69 the 19th. Thank You!!!!

Works as advertised

I received my All Terrain R750HT bike today. I ordered it 11 May. I was so pleased to see that that the bike arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed with the packing and care taken to make sure that there was no damage. It took me a little longer than anticipated to assemble. However, the experience was a joy. I have a 2013 Salsa Mukluk fat tire bike now with 4626 miles on it that I referred to at times to make sure I was assembling my new bike correctly. I reviewed the on-line written instructions and videos several times. I added my rear view mirror, cell phone carrier and under the seat small carrying bag. Since I had a late start today I only got 11 miles in on my initial ride. What a fun surprise. I had never seen an ebike and for sure never rode one. I was so pleasantly surprised to learn than the bike did everything that I had hoped for since I do enjoy the bike riding experience and exercise. I am 72 and do not enjoy the hills and riding in the soft sand as much as I used to when riding. This bike will permit me to go further in the same amount of time, feel less fatigue and more pleasure as the hills are no longer a dreadful experience. I was very comfortable with the PAS set at 2 and in 3rd gear. For the steep hills I went to PAS 3 and gear 2 only at the steepest portion before the crest. The battery was charged upon arrival and I only used 1 bar for my initial 11-mile ride. I did not check the tire pressure but they seemed about right for my needs. So thank you support staff and all at M2S. I am very happy and hope to put many miles on my new bike over the years. I appreciate the wonderful service and product from a small local business here in NC.

I love this bike! It came about 3 weeks before expected delivery date. It was easy to put together. It arrived with a flat tire, so I emailed the company, and they responded within the hour and sent out a new tube within the hour. I have never had an electric bicycle, and I was a little worried about learning the electronic displays, but it is all very simple. Thank you M2S for the excellent customer service and a great product.

Ok, there were some technical issues. The first being lack of mounting hardware for the front fender. They got that to me. Head light didn't work, sent me a new light, still didn't work, sent me a new controller, that will probably correct it, but I haven't gotten to wrenching on it.. This has nothing to do with this bike or any other but I made my own chain/slap guard out of sprinkler tube. Other than that, I have beat the crap out of this bike, it's sick fast so be careful. Built like a tank! I just ask that the team double check before final shipping! And a better paper owners manual for the specific bike!!!!! I still can't figure out how to zero out my trip odometer.

I ordered the 750 Sport bike (21 amp 1000 wh.) for myself and the same setup in a step thru for my wife. I normally ride two times a week 15 to 20 miles by myself and whenever my wife wants to ride. I started looking for a bike for my wife and did not want a fat tire bike. When I was able to order this bike with a 3” tire and the Bafang motor I was happy. I ordered one for her and a few days ordered me one. I am doing this review after two long rides on my bike. A 22-mile and 33-mile ride last night. The motor is a brute and is powerful.
When the bikes were received the boxes were in excellent condition. Every part of the frame and other parts was wrapped with foam secured with zip ties. It almost took longer to unwrap and remove the packing than completing the 15-minute simple assembly that is required. Mount front tire, handlebars, pedals, top of battery then ride. My wife’s bike had the incorrect fenders. I emailed M2S customer service that evening with photos and received a phone call early next day to verify items. I received the replacement fenders very quickly. I again emailed customer service a few days later in the evening on a programming question to changing hand throttle settings, with photos. Again, I was immediately called next day with the quick settings. Overall excellent service.
Ride experience was particularly good. The motor is enormously powerful. I did change the settings on the Power Assist levels to 5 as 9 is too many. The suspension works fine in standard form and can be adjusted with air pressure in the front forks. Shifting gears work flawlessly and hydraulic brakes work great. I really like the 3-inch tires on 29-inch rims. The ride is excellent and tires at 25 to 30 lbs. inflation add more suspension. I strongly recommend the 3-inch tire option, much less rolling resistance than the four or 4.5 tires combos. The 3” tires is an excellent option for added suspension, stability off road and is lighter than four-inch wheel tire combinations. Just a great compromise. The bike has walk-mode and the throttle work great when you want to use it. The only issue I found was the motor continued to pull two to three seconds after you stop peddling. Slight pressure on one of the brakes immediately stops this since there is a motor disconnect or motor inhibitors. The motor inhibitors also work great when shifting so you do not have to slow peddling when you change gears.
For those looking for speed this is your bike. The throttle if properly adjusted in settings works in any position or gear and in higher gears easily powers quickly to 29 plus and on flat roads up to 31 mph. The 33-mile ride consisted with power assist from all power levels mostly two and three but several sprints in level 4 and 5 and a few throttle runs during that time. The speed can be adjusted with the menu and has a security code to prevent others from adjusting your settings. The settings can easily be adjusted to be applicable to your local laws for class 1, 2 or three.
The Bafang display is easy to see even with the protective screen cover still attached and is very user friendly to adjust or change settings. I recommend you back off or loosen the two screws on the display / handlebar attachment points ½ turn to allow very slight movement of the display for easier viewing. The bottom of the display has a full USB type A port hidden by a small protective dust cover and can power your phone or other accessories. There is no derailleur guard or bottle bosses which is a disappointment. The lights are okay for visibility, but you will want a better light for evening riding. For reference I am 6’2” and 180 lbs. 34” inseam. Lastly if you are looking for a true easy to ride / commute bike needing little or with no effort, look no further bike than will get you where you want to go will little or NO effort.

Excelent bike! The assembly I instruction were too generic so had problems tightning the stem. Bike came nearly all assembled. Excellent components. Standard accessories that were extra on most other bikes. Mine came with 9 PS MODES AND 8 SPEEDS. A pleasant surprise. I am a large guy...5' 11", 230 lbs and it fits fine. Comfortable bike with very good power. Very satisfied.

Zack was great...I bought my bike in Nov. and rode it for 300+ miles. Love the bike. Unfortunatley the front shock was not working properly. Zack was easy to work with and helped me replace it. Thanks

Very disappointed for several reasons - you advertised that shipping would be no more than $150 at the high end, but then charged approx. $225 for shipping; the shipping container arrived very damaged with holes and massive crushing - had to search the delivery truck for parts that had fallen out of the holes and found that several of the pieces that were placed on the bike for protection were no longer in place; there is a problem with the braking system - when applying the brakes going downhill - there is a loud noise and grabbing feeling coming from the rear axle/motor or brake system. Would I recommend anyone else purchase this bike - not sure yet. I'll wait to see what you do to resolve the issues.

Great addition to my All Terrain HT Pro.

The experience and bike so far have been excellent. M2S reached out to me and helped confirm order details. Bike was boxed extremely well and everything was in great condition. Following the online user guide, i was able to put the bike together and start riding within about 40 minutes. Battery life is really amazing and can't wait to get more time on it.

The bike looks good new. Very easy to assemble. The manual is a waste of paper. I waited until having over 100 miles on it before this review. The fenders are loose and rattle. The rear I drilled two holes in it and cable tied it to the rack. Within the first 25 miles the fork legs leaked oil bad. When a little heat builds in the rear brake it makes a loud grinding noise. It sounds like it won't last very long. I do like riding it though! It does not produce much power at low speed in first or second gear on dirt roads uphill. I wish l had more knowledge of ebikes before buying this one. A middrive unit would have been better. I like how shifting works. With 14 psi in the tires they work good on or offroad. I wish I didn't have the disappointment in my bike. I will be looking into better fork seals and brake pads. Is this a warranty claim?

Impressed. I’m keeping up with more expensive ebikes in the group. I did have to replace the rear derailleur drop out after first ride or a half ride anyway. I’d buy one right away and bring it with you.
Also, have your rear shock checked out for your weight, I was getting a lot of pedal strikes until I looked into this. I still get pedal strikes but not as much.
I really like this bike a lot. Game changer. I never would’ve gotten back into mountain bikes again save for these eBikes. You cover twice as much ground in same amount of time and have twice as much fun. It’s still a work out. Plus us fifty year olds can keep pace with the 20 year olds.

We purchased 2 bikes from M2S. They arrived on time and in great shape. Even though we got the wrong size for the wife, they graciously agreed to take it back in since we lived nearby. These are heavy duty bikes and a blast to ride. This company is evolving into an eventual leader in this industry. Thanks to all the guys at M2S!!!
