Overall the bike is great. A little heavy but I think that is too be expected as I have the XL frame and it is loaded down with options. The brakes and derailleur needed some adjusting. This is my first electric bike but it seems well built, it looks good, and the power-train works well. I was a little surprised that the thumb throttle only allows the bike to go about 5 mph without peddling. This may be how all electric bikes are, I don't know as this is my first one, but I anticipated that the throttle alone would allow it to go faster. The pedal assist is great however. The components seem to be high quality for the price point. The screen is very nice and it is full color however the instructions that came with it seem to apply to different versions or models and therefore I still haven't figured out how to change the time on the clock and perform other setting changes. It would be nice to have instructions that were more specific to this model. I bought this bike specifically because of the availability of the XL frame and the features that it came with. I think it would be hard to find anything else out there that can match it at this price.

I generally do not complete reviews but was very satisfied with my purchase so in this case decided to leave some feedback. M2S was helpful when I reached out with questions about buying my 1st E-Bike. They replied promptly with honest advice which helped me in making my decision to go with the specific model from M2S. Delivery was earlier than expected but coordinated with me in advance. The bike was well packed, easy to finalize to make ready for use and performed better than I expected. The price was right and the bike appears to be the correct choice for me. I will definitely be working with M2S in the future when I start looking for my next bike.

Very happy with rack but disappointed it didn't come with bolts to attach it. I had to run to hardware store, determine size needed and then in install rack. not a money issue but took some time to this. thanks, Donn

I love the weight difference!! I took it out for a small ride and it feels great!! Half the weight of the stock fork, with air adjustments and full lockout makes this shock far above the quality and performance of the stock fork that came with my Kush.

First time e-bike owner. This bike is everything as advertised and more. Easy from 45 minute assembly where the quality was evident and best looking of all I had evaluated. Pre-ordered and was kept well informed of delivery. Can’t speak to service or complaints because there hasn’t been any. Ready to hit trails around my lake home. I love this lil bike... Perfect size for me anything bigger would be to big. I’m 5’3 and this fits me exact.. Super strong frame just feels really sturdy.. easy set up.. front fender rubs a lil but if that’s my only complaint then hey, this is a great lil electric transport bike... comfortable fast ride also easy to learn. Customer service super helpful. My friend is thinking of getting one.... 😊

I purchased the R750 bike after thorough and in-depth research. I could have bought local (NY) from a dealer but felt their products were high priced and less than adequate for my needs; this bike is my primary transportation: work, school, and recreation.
I have come across a few glitches with the bike, and through AMAZING Customer Service and Support these hurdles have been overcome.
I would never go anywhere else in buying or dealing with another company!

Lot of fun

Love it changed the geometry to a more upright position.

I received my bike two weeks ago. Simple to put together and charge the battery. I ride it on rough dirt forest service roads scouting for the upcoming hunting season. So far I have 55 miles on it and everything is working perfectly. Just check all the bolts once in a while to make sure nothing is working loose. Now a couple of my buddies and all 3 of my boys want one!! So far, so good!!!
