I'm a first time E-Bike user and buyer, haven't ridden a bike in a couple years, never work on them, that being said I will now explain why I have given a 4/5 over the 5/5 I wanted to. Also customer service was SPOT ON whenever I pestered them with my bothersome anxiety driven e-mails, thank you. Bike arrived on time and undamaged, really well wrapped and protected. It took me (an inexperienced individual) 2 days to get the bike up and running correctly. That being said, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND updating the manual to provide a more robust vocabulary and easier to understand. Also a piece of paper with printed design on how to install the front tire CORRECTLY would be appreciated. I ended up removing the bearing 3 times by the time I had the correct mounting bracket installed correctly (after scouring the web for videos from varying reviews over this bike). I ended up using the solid rod and 4 bolts at first and had way to much friction and tolerance issues, it was rough, my fault? Probably. Then again, there were no clear instructions present about installing the front tire for a novice like myself. I have learned a lot about bikes in the last few days on the other hand! The second issue isn't really an issues, It just took me 2 days to figure out how to access the menu option on the display to turn on throttle (I was using peddle assist for a day thinking my throttle was broken, anxiety at the least). Issue 3, About day 4 into use I was picking up food and went to take off via peddling and the chain link gave way breaking, thankfully the throttle was there to get me home. It incentivized me to do some research and put together my own kit to work on the bike with. Fixing the chain, and removing 2 links for tension (the chain was to loose was the issues I think, me putting to much tension while pushing down to peddle to hard caused the link to give way, no big deal). I believe that is all that has troubled me so far. Oh, the seat, I'd say it's a good idea to stock your shop with a wide seat to pick from for more choices, i'm a bigger guy (6'2” 250lbs) so I need to purchase another seat (with shocks). I don't know if you want to do this in a later design, but a rear suspension would kick this bike up a notch or 10. Other than my critical review so far, I love the durability, size, weight of the bike. The tires are beautiful, battery pack (48V 16AH) takes me 20 miles throttle only beautiful riding on the roads. I'd like to see the 21AH battery pack in stock... for purchase...at a cheaper price than $800, but I digress. Look forward to the winter rides here in Michigan. Took a gamble with this company (in comparison to about 4 others I had in my bookmarks) at this price point. The shipping was a bit much, I just think a little more information in all regards would make this, and other bikes, the products from M2S more appealing and get more attention. Keep up the good work, ride on! I look forward to the possibility of purchasing another one or letting others know to purchase one, if certain tweaks are made. With my overall experience, I'd say the $2k spent on ordering, waiting, and eventually getting on the roads would have been better if it had been an overall $1600 price point, but hey, iteration after iteration and so on. M2S is onto something and can provide great products if they persevere and have vision of the green future.

5 stars for my fabulous new bike. 5 stars for the folks at M2S. 5 stars for the ease of assembly. 2 stars for the delivery company. I preordered my bike in February so it was a long wait but I was aware when I made this choice. When I finally received my bike the second week of May the box was in pretty sad shape with footprints on it. When we unwrapped it there was a 5 inch scratch on the rack and the kick stand was broken. It was very disheartening. As I said at the beginning 5 stars for M2S, they took care of me quickly and kindly. I love this bike. I have only ridden it around my neighborhood so far but am looking forward to taking this with us on our travels in our toy hauler.

I love my new all terrain R750 it is amazing. The quality and workmanship is awesome. From the minute it was delivered the M2S support staff was extremely helpful with all my questions. This is my first ebike so it was a great experience dealing with such a knowledgeable staff. I ride it every day and can't wait to take it hunting. Thumbs up it is a terrific investment.

I would have given this 5 stars. My bike had a few scratches from delivery which the bike company compensated me for with no hassle what so ever. I have ridden about 50 miles so for. A few things to notice and check before you ride.
1. Make sure if you have air forks on the front they are properly inflated.
2. The bolt that holds the light and the front fender on is just a few millimeters to long and when you hit a hard bump it will leave a nasty gash on your front forks.
3. The grips were not very comfortable for me. They made my fingers numb after riding just a short distance.
4. After about 20 miles I replaced the seat. it was't very comfortable.
5. One of the pedals had an issue with the bearings it was clicking and popping. I called the bike company and they sent me out a replacement set.
I upgraded the grips, the seat and the pedals. these were easily sourced on the internet. It would have been great if I could have ordered these upgrades when I ordered the bike. I did order the adjustable gooseneck when I ordered the bike. Over all I am very satisfied with the bike. The electronics work great. There is a video on how to set up the controller. You have to watch the video to get the password if you want to change the advanced settings. The power assist is seamless. I ride on level 4 most of the time. At that level the assist is great up to about 15mph. with the kilowatt meter i can monitor how much assist i'm using. Ordered large size bike it is the same size as my friends 2019 model, it is big.

Received my All Terrain R750 a couple of days ago and so far everything is perfect. Bike comes almost fully assembled, so it only took about 30 minutes to get it together. Then figuring out the controls was also very easy and it's truly user friendly. Front shock really dampens the impact of going off a curb, etc.The pedal assist is amazing and now I can't wait to take it out for a long ride. I'm not a serious mountain biker, so others will have to chime in on that. I would highly recommend for the quality of the bike, components, battery life and price.

I received my R750 4” fat tire bike last week and have driven for over 300 miles to date. Living in the western Massachusetts Berkshires, we have our share of hills and I am learning how to manage the peddle assist functions. With 9 settings of assist mode, I have learned to stay in the 5-6 range, since anything above really eats up battery. If you live in flat terrain, this bike would be ideal. However, I find that in order to handle our more gentle hills, I must shift into very low gear, and add muscle to the assist mode. The bike cannot climb steep hills due to the weight and fat tire friction. It is great on flat wooded trails. This is definitely not a moped; peddling is mandetory.
Another issue is the display reporting of battery level. When set to percentage, I can start out at 80% and suddenly will drop to 20% five miles away and run out of battery. Thankfully, I purchased a second battery and always start out with 100% and am getting a range of about 25 miles on hills and flat terrain.
The bike is a deal as far as cost, build quality and support. I am disappointed in the battery capacity and quick wear, and recommend if you are riding more than 10 miles a trip, or are using this more than as a cruiser for trips down the street; get a second battery.

I love love love my new bike. Just one thing though. The bike arrived with the rear tire, flat. I thought it was suppose to be that way, so I reinflated the tire. It won’t stay inflated. I haven’t had a chance to ride much yet or contact the company.

The good: The bike is great, good quality, about what I expected and hoped for, sight unseen. Love the grips, the adjustable handlebars, auto headlamp, color display.
The bad: The battery gets to 30% and the bike cuts out. If there's no way to override this, then why wouldn't the manufacturer just make the percentage or voltage scale go straight to zero? Seems misleading to me.. And boy, was I misled when I was half way home from work and had to pedal and push a heavy, dead bike the last 2.5 miles home.
The ugly: The manuals. I can hardly read the ones that came with the bike. Even worse, they all seem to be for the 2019 model. All the new upgraded parts aren't in the manuals - The hydraulic brakes, the color display to name a few. Also, the online help is no help either. The M2S owners guide webpage only lists the Scout R500. Not that it matters that much; the info and videos are all pretty general and not super helpful anyway.
Things I broke: The kickstand is already cracked - I guess it's designed to stick way down so you can operate it easily with your foot; however, if you lean too hard or ride on a sidehill, it will hit the ground or drag, and eventually break. Also, the orange gear indicator on the Shimano shifter quit working after 50 miles. Not sure if I can take it apart and repair it or not.

Shipping was as expected. Bike was very well padded in the box. After previously looking at the detailed instruction videos on the M2S web site assembly was a breeze.
This is my first e-bike and I am very happy with the quality of the M2S all Terrain Scout. Riding an e-bike is different, but when you get used to the battery assistance you’ll wonder why it took you so long to buy one! Looks like a lot of Rail Trails are in my future.

Well here goes I waited 13 days so I can tweak, fine tune, and upgrade this little beast... That said "13" is a lucky day for me and a lucky date for m2s to be getting this review. The guys at m2s I've been nothing but nice taking care of any little problems I've encountered. I'm here to tell you if you haven't gotten one of their fine products yet what are you waiting for?
